Town centre is a 3-minute drive away and about 20 minutes easy walk to the center. Ground-floor : Entrance hallway with one guest toilet. Living room with fireplace, panoramic sea view with 3 soffas, armchair, tv and dining area. Provensal open kitchen with direct access to terrace with beautiful sea view, weber and outdoor furniture, 1 master bedroom with own terrace and beautiful view over sea and garden, 1 bathroom. 1 separate toilet. First floor : 2 bedrooms with en suite shower room and 1 separate toilet. One of bedrooms with access to solarium balcony. Garage: studio room with bank bed and sink (with independent access and entré), laundry space; hobby room with sofa bed, ping pong and dart board.

Access to a professional check in and check out English speaking staff who live in the same area and can help with information about area, questions, tips etc.

Access to the entire house with the exception of private lockers and cupboard in the garage belonging to the household staff. It is forbidden to use fireplace because of fire risk.

Both towels and bed linen are included. Cleaning is included, but gross cleaning must be done before leaving: to set dishes in the dishwasher, throw the soups and clean the barbeque from food residue.

Belle villa provençale sur la Nartelle

C'est la 4è villa que nous louons en Juillet à Ste Maxime. La villa est charmante, à proximité des plages de la Nartelle ( 2mn en voiture avec parking facile) et du centre ville ( 7mn en voiture). La vue mer est surtout appréciable depuis les chambres du premier étage, beaucoup moins dégagée des terrasses de vie du Rdc .... La piscine est très bien, grande, à la fois ensoleillée et à l'ombre appréciable d'un grand pin parasol. Peu d'espace autour, avec les maisons adjacentes très proches, ce qui donne un aspect un peu encaissé à la maison. Un jacuzzi bien chaud en été (....) qui à mon avis gêne la vue sur la baie et un sauna à côté de la piscine. Très belle suite parentale au Rdc, avec une vraie salle de bain. 2 chambres correctes à l'étage mais avec seulement une salle d'eau minuscule, un peu difficile pour les 4 personnes logés à l'étage. Cuisine charmante bien équipée mais non climatisée avec un seul frigo beau mais simple. Un 2è frigo au sous-sol .... Un grand garage en sous sol aménagé en salle de jeu avec une petite chambre annexée climatisée, mais sans douche ni WC avec un simple lavabo ( pour les enfants sans doute). Donc beaucoup d'escaliers et une rampe d'accès très pentue pour arriver à l'entrée de la maison. A revoir : certains draps de lit tachés et des serviettes de salle de bain très tachées. Ménage intermédiaire demandée mais non réalisé. De belles vacances dans cette charmante villa typiquement provençale, mais un peu déçu des prestations par rapport à nos précédentes locations pour un budget similaire

Lovely bit of luxury to recharge your batteries!

Lovely house in the hills with all you need to recharge (including a new sauna near the pool), about 25 mins walk from nearest beach which we walked to several times. Read the house manual as gives lots of local tips on routes to town and beach. We spent quite a bit of time in the house using the pool, playing ping pong etc and it served us well! Good communication from Coralie the house manager who gave us loads of recommendations on the area/restaurants, and even shipped back a few things we left behind. Will revisit!

Magnificent

This is a magnificent property on the hill with a clear view of the sea. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful and yet only a 6 minute drive from the city centre making it perfect for dining out. The property is well fenced and very private. We particularly enjoyed the whirlpool and the well maintained swimming pool which made us somewhat lazy to head to the beach which is a 5 min drive away. The manager and the owner of the property were both very welcoming and ready to assist in all aspects. We were given some recommendations for restaurants within the area, although there is a detailed manual (written in 4 languages) in the living room containing all possible information that a guest could possibly need including wifi connection, cable, clinics, day tours and excursion possibilities. The good organization made it so easy for us to feel like we were in our own home. Everything in the house was perfectly functional and the attention to detail was impeccable. There is no room for boredom as so many activities were well laid out including the dart game and table tennis, not to forget the sauna. We only spent 5 days which turned out to be too short and definitely look forward to returning for a longer period in the near future. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the St. Maxime area. And the village of Grimaud next door is a must see. Truly something special. Again, a recommendation from the manager. Wonderful views and location

This is a really great property with wonderful views and a wonderfully quiet location. The pool benefits from the shade of a beautiful tree - but also has a lot of space for tanning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal - immer zur Stelle. Glas wäre besser als Plastikbecher zum Wein und der Whirlpool pumpt auch des Nachts und stört die Ruhe. Alles andere gut.

Best Week Ever

My family and I had the best week ever staying in this beautiful home and wonderful town. Everything was perfect from day 1. Christine, the house manager, met us when we arrived. She spent lots of time showing us everything in the house...from the absolutely beautiful pool to the relaxing jacuzzi to the espresso machine! My kids had so much fun everyday...spending most mornings at the beach, followed by lunch in the town and dinner/swimming at home after....honestly could not have asked for more! Thank you so much Christine for all of your help...you were so helpful from when we arrived as well as texting us dinner recommendations and day trip ideas! We were all so sorry to leave...but are already planning a return trip! Thanks again and hopefully see you soon!

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit Pool und Whirlpool

9 Tage Traumurlaub an der Côte d’Azur ! Von Beginn an fühlten wir uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) sehr wohl. Sowohl das Ferienhaus als auch die Außenanlage sind sehr schön mit viel Liebe und einem tollen Stil eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts! Insbesondere der große beheizte Swimmingpool und der neue Whirlpool (Jacuzzi) machten uns viel Spaß und wurden bis spätabends fleißig genutzt. Der Meerblick ist phantastisch und wir genossen den Aufenthalt im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte. Geschirr und Besteck sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Der Weber-Grill ist groß und perfekt zum Grillen. Eine neue Tischtennis-Platte, Dart und Boule stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Wlan hat eine hohe Geschwindigkeit. Unsere Betreuerin Christine war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns eine sehr gute Einweisung bei unserer Ankunft mit zahlreichen Tips für Restaurants und Sainte-Maxime. Während unseres Aufenthalts war Christine stets erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell. Die Umgebung in welchem sich das Ferienhaus befindet ist sehr ruhig und erholsam, der Strand Nartelle ist nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Dort gibt es einen Sandstrand und sehr schöne Beach-Clubs zum Einkehren. Sainte-Maxime erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Wir möchten uns bei unseren Gastgebern sehr bedanken.

Villa idéalement située pour apprécier le panorama sur la Méditerranée. Elle est fonctionnelle et les alentours sont très calmes, loin de l'agitation de la plage: cadre parfait pour la détente !

Truly, great vacation

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. Our four kids enjoyed the pool, and we all loved the terrace with sea view, and at night, we used the balcony to watch the stars and have a cold cocktail. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen and outdoor grill work perfectly. We could walk to the beach clubs, and the city is a 10 minutes drive from the house. All in all, we could not have wished for a better holiday. We enjoyed every single day in the house without any problems, and with really good service from the sweet hostess, Bérangère, who lives (almost) next door.

Très belle villa dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette belle grande villa, bien aménagée et équipée, au milieu d'un beau jardin plein de fleurs , de senteurs et d'arbustes. Le pin qui surplombe la piscine est magnifique, de nuit comme de jour. La vue sur la mer est super, la plage (avec sports nautiques) est à 20mn à pied environ . Seuls les magasins pour s’approvisionner et le centre ville nécessitent d'avoir une voiture. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine rafraichissante et les transats, fait de belles balades et découvert de beaux sites aux alentours. Nous espérons revenir l'an prochain. I have also a degree in market economy in Gothenburg, Sweden and worked for 15 years at a global international company SGS Group Ltd as a Russian certification expert and took care of manufacturing companies in Scandinavia. Today, I work as a coordinator and I have a lot of interest in sustainable investments, among others active projects with tree plantations in the semi-area of Kenya. Together ether with my business partner I love traveling and have been in many countries around the world. April 2016 I visited Australia and that's how I got in touch with Airbnb for the first time and I got a very positive experience. My business partner has a long successful experience in the venture capital investment industry and today we work together and have passion for investing in social entrepreneurship and many other things such as traveling etc. , but renting our Villa Riviera in Ste-Maxime has a special place in our heart and we do everything we have to ensure that our dear guests enjoy their stay!

My latest investment is a part of ownership in a beautiful home in Sainte Maxime in the French Riviera. I have previously had a smaller house in nearby Les Issambres with positiv experience of renting to international guests. Now I want to share this house in a calm and exclusive residence i one of the most beautiful parts of the French Riviera Sainte Maxime, situated in a Bay of Saint Tropez, where also the Swedish Royal family’s residence is.

What makes this property unique

Marvellous view form all rooms and terrace, calm residence with famous neighbors close by as for example Eric Clapton about 500 meter away, Swedish Royal family residence is about 2 km and a famous Russian singer´s palace is located very close to our villa on the opposite side. This locaton is close to the beach, House in a typical Provencal style. Beautiful garden with exotic fruit trees and flowers. Private pool with advanced secure larm.
