Your home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen has all you need to cook at home. If you choose, an array of restaurants in Old Town or the many beautiful resorts in Scottsdale are just minutes away.The home has spacious living areas and two flat screen TV's. Cozy beds and all the essentials for your comfort. Linens are plentiful with paper products and coffee making supplies provided. An enclosed backyard living space for relaxing or play for children or pets.

Clean, comfortable stay. Had everything we needed. Great host. Thanks for letting us bring our fur kids. Nice, fenced yard for them. Loved the location. So close to Old Town area, and all of Scottsdale. 10-15 minutes to most of our favorite places. Very safe area. Would definitely stay again!

We needed a place for some employees here for a month. The south Scottsdale house was perfect. It’s a beautiful home, and the owner couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating. The location is convenient to everything.

The property was diffrent from any others we’ve seen, the owner lives at the property and just leaves when it’s rented. So all her stuff was there. My son said it was like staying at Gramdmas! LOL but it was very comfortable good beds an Sheri the owner was a sweetheart,, Would stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great location, comfortable place.
This is an older home that the owner resides in. She made sure to make us feel welcome and to use anything in the house. This is a great location for getting around Scottsdale. An issue with the AC was addressed quickly by the owner. This is not a fancy house but is very homey.

Scottsdale is great
Enjoyed our stay here very much. Very centrally located, You can get to anywhere in about 20-25 minutes. So much to do here that location is important. House was exactly as advertised. Beds are very comfortable and WiFi works great. Water softener and reverse osmosis water(for drinking and cooking) are a nice plus. Laundry room well stocked. Would stay again.

Spacious and comfortable
While it is clear that the owner lives in this house, we found it very comfortable and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. The outdoor space is great - the next door neighbor has rescued tropical birds that can occasionally be noisy, but we enjoyed them. The internet was good but TV selection very limited. Overall a good experience.

Grandma's house
This is definitely not your typical vacation rental. The owner of this property lives in the house when it is not rented so it is filled with her personal stuff. There was food in the fridge (much more than a few items left by previous renters), used loofahs, a used razor, a back washer, and several half empty bottles of shampoos and conditioners in the showers, a rack of nail polish and hair care items in the master bathroom, shoe boxes and hats in the master closest, personal mail on the desk, a charcoal portrait of a family member (I assume) hanging in the entry way, and the owner's second vehicle parked in the side driveway. I spoke with Natalie, (the owner's granddaughter who manages the rental from Indiana), and told her I felt like someone was going to 'come home' at any time. She told me that no one had complained before and she graciously offered to refund my money if I wanted to leave, but I had no where else to go. The back yard is fenced in and did have a nice sitting area, however it backed up to a noisy alley and the back side of a car dealership where the workers blared loud music as they washed the cars. On the side of the house was an empty dirt area where some type of a structure had been torn down. We had to pick up nails, metal, and other trash before we could let the dogs outside. Within the first few days we were there, both of my pups developed nasty coughs from inhaling all the dust and one pup threw up so much that I had to take him to an emergency clinic to get rehydrated. My rating of three stars is because Natalie offered to give me a refund. Otherwise, based on all the personal items in the house, the noisy back yard, the condition of the side yard, and the fact that I had to pay hundreds to the emergency vet clinic, I would lower my rating to two stars.
