The Summer House is a unique property within stunning gardens near the market town of Helston in the county of Cornwall. The house sleeps two people and has one double bedroom on a mezzanine floor. On the ground floor is a kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has an open plan sitting area and dining area with traditional wood burner in a feature brick fireplace. Outside there are substantial gardens, raised patio area and off road parking for one car. The Summer House is a stunning property for a couple seeking a romantic retreat.

Amenities: Economy 7 underfloor central heating, wood burner, electric stove and hob, microwave, dishwasher. TV and Wifi. Fuel and power inc. additional logs available. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Raised patio with furniture, extensive gardens lawns and pond area. Sorry no pets, smoking or children. Shop within 2 miles, pub within a few minute drive. Note: No washing machine although shared use of the owners washing machine & tumble dryer.
