Driftwood Cottage is a semi-detached stone built cottage in Porthpean village, which has beautiful sea views over St Austell Bay. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single with a pull out single bed beneath suitable for a child. The family bathroom has a short bath and walk-in shower. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is a bench at the front of the property to take advantage of the sea views. Parking for one car. Located just a short walk from the sea and 2 miles from St Austell. Driftwood Cottage is a picture perfect escape perfectly suited for couples and small families

Starter pack for Wood burner provided. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for one car. One pet welcome - not permitted upstairs. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles, sea 15 minute walk. Note: Door way height into the kitchen is 170cm. Note: Children & babies welcome, no cot or highchair available.

Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Town: Just two miles from St Austell is Porthpean village which although small has a lot going on. The beach is safe and sandy, ideal for families and popular with windsurfers, swimmers and sailors. Nesting birds populate the cliffs to the east and numerous rock pools can be found to the west. Nearby and with excellent views over the sea and the surrounding countryside is the Porthpean Outdoor Education Centre and campsite offering everything from high and low ropes courses to kayaking and archery. Porthpean parish church is dedicated to St Levan and there is a golf club and a sailing club based there, and from where it is a short and easy walk north along the coast path to Charlestown
