PERFECT FOR :
Families or a small group looking for a cost effective base in the heart of Chamonix, compact but Charming.. Your 45sqm accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms; 1 doubles and a bunk room suitable for children. Conveniently located near the Savoy baby slope in Winter and the popular paragliding landing pad in the summer.

THE BUILDING :
Your accommodation is set within a quiet and secure residential block on the ground floor allowing for easy access from the main front door.

INSIDE :
Your accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms 1 double with built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space, a bunk room and separate bathroom and WC Lounge dining area Double sofa bed in lounge to accommodate extra guests if you need. TV with Netflix. The fully equipped separate galley kitchen also comes with a dishwasher, There is a bathroom with a full sized bath and shower above.

OUTSIDE :
You will have access to your own terrace The open-plan living / dining area has large sliding doors opening up onto the private patio terrace, and looking out onto the gardens (the garden itself is not allowed to be used, just admired from the patio) along with the incredible views of the surrounding mountains

GREAT LOCATION :
Fantastic location with Chamonix centre a five minute walk from the apartment with all the bars, restaurants and shops. . The sports centre, swimming pool, tennis courts and spa are all within a few minutes walk. The Savoy beginners ski slope is located behind the apartment complex.

GETTING AROUND :
Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.

USEFUL BITS :
Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions.

YOUR ARRIVAL :
Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive comprehensive information via our guest platform Yaago on how to find the apartment before you arrive.

PARKING :
You will benefit from your own garage and car parking space underneath the building, a plus for the centre of Chamonix.

Summer top tip - There is an incredible hike to Argentiere on the Balcon Nord. It is a great way to explore the valley and you can walk to it from this apartment.

Winter top tip - This apartment’s location is great for accessing the cross country track in Chamonix. You can rent the equipment from most rental shops in Chamonix, so why not give it a go?

You can't get a better location in Chamonix
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers who visited Chamonix for a week. The outstanding location right next to the town and the local sports complex couldn't be better. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor with a lovely spacious terrace outside although there is a really unusual request not to use the garden area - which made no sense when we were there. Anyhow the terrace is large. The apartment has 2 bedrooms - one has bunk beds which is not be suitable for anyone 158cm or taller as they are very tight. The main living space is perfectly functional with a sofa bed, couch, TV and table. The kitchen is incredibly small and difficult to cook in but we ate out a lot so didn't mind. The underground garage was great to have, particularly on rainy days. It's a little complicated to access at first but once you figure out where you are going it's perfect. Most areas in the apartment were perfectly clean. The value for money cannot be understated. I wouldn't bring 6 people here as it's too small but for 4 it's perfect. Excellent and friendly service from Chamserve was much appreciated. I'd highly recommend this apartment. The bins in the kitchen were smelly and the tiles in the toilet were really smelly - just needs a little more cleaning. Overall nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful time in Chamonix. Thanks.
Communication with the host was great. The property is conveniently placed near the Camonix centre, ski slopes and bus stations. The building has an underground parking, an elevator and ski lockers. The terrace has a nice view over Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. The ventilation system in the bathrooms wasnt working well. The kitchens sliding door was stuck.

Chamski break
The good- Nice, clean and serviceable apartment with good location to town and excellent location to the bus line. A bit tight for a family of 4 (to adults and two adult daughters) but that's cool. The not so good- The kitchen was not properly stocked with cookware (only important if you like to make your own meals which we do) and the communication with the property mgnt to resolve the matter was inconclusive at best. To their credit they did let us in bit earlier than the scheduled time.
