CHARMING RUSTIC VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, JUST 4 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM MORAIRA AND ITS FABULOUS BEACHES

This charming rustic villa can accommodate 6 people and will make you feel at home. The interior of the villa will surprise you by its large rooms and its functional distribution. The living room’s big window panes open on a relaxing garden, the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of Moraira. You will be able to enjoy fantastic afternoons with your loved ones in the pool and on the terrace. The terrace and pool are south-west facings which means you will be able to enjoy the sun throughout the day and admire beautiful sunsets.
The house is divided into two floors. Downstairs you will find a cosy open plan kitchen and dining room as well as the large living room opening on the garden. This floor also features 3 bedrooms (one double and two singles), as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, you will find the large main suite with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and dressing room. You will be able to admire the fantastic views on the sea and the Peñon of Ifach without even having to get out of bed. What better way to start the day?

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.
If you want to bring your pets you will have to inform the company of the breed and size in advance.
Mass celebrations are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. It is not allowed to spend the night in the house more people of his capacity.

Nos ha gustado prácticamente todo, a excepción de la escalera a la primera planta, he tenido mucho miedo a q mis hijos pequeños se caigan de ésta. Jardín encantador, increibles manteles bordadas a mano, piscina nueva y casi cada dos días venía un chico muy amable a cuidarla, hay de todo para disfrutar de una estancia muy agradable. Muchas gracias Comprar un microondas :))

Perfect location. Nice villa but needs some attention. Would like to stay again if put right.
Location is perfect. 4 minutes walk to town is accurate. Sunny orientation, lovely to sit outside all day. The villa is a good size, very nice living room and master bedroom with fantastic views. The gardens, pool area and naya are good sized spaces with a big dining table. Beds are very comfortable, excellent mattresses. The villa needs some attention in terms of repair and decoration, especially the inside walls. The paint is flaking off, maybe it is damp? Needs curtains! Would make it more cosy, especially in the cooler weeks. The gardens were a bit overgrown, not very well kept, lots of weeds. Impossible to use the radiator in the dining area as it is behind a large sideboard. We had to request an additional plug in heater. The blue outdoor furniture it very old, we couldn´t use it as the paint was coming off. The sealant in the bathroom/kitchen very dirty and needs replacing. Pool too cold to use in Oct/ Nov. Would be prepared to pay a supplement for pool heating if it was available.

Lovely family stay in amazing location
The location of the villa is brilliant - it was so easy to walk into town or to the beach with our two young children. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning is very effective. The swimming pool and sun bed area was great. The whole property just needs some TLC. There is a lot of wear and tear and the kitchen in particular is quite dark and dingy. This didn’t bother us so much as we mostly ate out, but it might put off some groups.

de locatie en het pand waren geweldig, netheid en inrichting was goed. Jammer dat er bezuinigd is op de inventaris in de zin van te weinig vaatwastabletten, geen zeep, geen kruiden, wel een wasmachine maar voor een keer wasmiddel en dat soort zaken.

The villa is perfectly located firstly to collect and return the keys to/from the Solhabitat office but more importantly to the town centre and marina which is just a 5 minute walk away. Lots of nice bars and good restaurants are available there. Good supermarkets are also very close by. The villa itself is a little tired and could do with updating especially in the bathrooms and kitchen and the garden areas need tidying up but it didn’t bother us too much. There was a problem with the blinds when we first arrived but having reported this to the management company they responded and resolved the issue very quickly.

Lovely family holiday
The accommodation is a lovely villa, located in an ideal position near to the beautiful Moraira town. Ideal for a family holiday. The service provided by the solhabitat team was fantastic….. friendly, informative, quick responses…. Everything that’s needed to make towards having a fantastic holiday…. From check-in to check-out, just great service….Thank you, we’ll be back next year The Villa was extremely nice and spacious, but there are a few signs of wear and tear (nothing to detract from our holiday, but enough to notice)

The location was great Check the villa on a regular basis, not enough loungers, had to wait 5 days before we got them. Could not use the patio in front of the windows because the tiles were uneven and loose. A little TLC is all it needs, thank you

Comfortable stay
Villa was lovely and clean. Everything you needed was there. A couple of extras were required, like a kettle and extra pool clean because of the storms but these were rectified immediately to our satisfaction. Perhaps some extra info about location. One of our party had health issues which made climbing the hill to the villa from town very troublesome.

Excellent location, beautiful gardens and pool, excellent views from master bedroom, good bathrooms, stone barbecue. When we told you about repair problems you resolved them promptly. There were several maintenance issues, some of which we highlighted on arrival, and these were dealt with very promptly. However, several further issues cropped up during our stay, including that I think the A/C in the master bedroom was not working properly. The keys were very confusingly labelled, and it seemed some entry points were not secure (eg side gate and sliding door to pool). The kitchen is small and dated and not what we would expect in a property in this bracket
