Location, location
We enjoyed the location because it was close to good restaurants and transportation lines. Floors were creaky and loud. Couch had evidence of dead little bugs which was off putting but location made up for the negatives.

Great location, noisy floors, kind host
Very noisy wooden floors and slippery tub making showering a challenge. Mismatched items and London style velvet décor. Nice sized for London and very good heating. Very quiet. Great location and kind host.

Perfect hub for city trip
For people who like to go to museums and theatre, this location is perfect. The flat had everything we needed, was comfortable, had a lift, and Michael, the host, is very helpful. When I sent him a message about a few things the kitchen could do with, they arrived within 24h. When our Eurostar train was cancelled and we had to take a much later one, he told us we could have a late checkout.

Would never stay here again
I had a terrible experience staying at this property. The Wifi did not work the whole tri, 5 days. The shower was so filthy the holes did not even work properly. The cold water in the bathroom did not turn on. The heating in the property did not work, and the floorboards were so loud it woke up everyone in the apartment. Lastly the bed was so concaved and sqeaky you would wake up someone in the bed just by rolling over. Absolutely terrible stay I would not reccomend this to anyone. Truly a dissapointment.

Weird but worth it
The place is all you’ll need to have a fun time seeing the sights in London. It’s close to everything and quiet enough where you can sleep in too. It’s also very clean and cozy. Having said that, we were a little sketched out at first by the property in general. Some weird coverings on the front door, super creaky floor boards, and lots of blue tape. Like another review said, the bathtub was incredibly slippery but that seems pretty common throughout Europe. Once we got over it though, it was all good. It seems the Starbucks on the doorstep was turned into something else, so don’t rely on that as a landmark for the rental (there are a couple nearby). Michael was super helpful and answered all our questions, even the ones with the answers in our documents :), efficiently. Would definitely do again, and worth the money for sure.

Great location, Rough conditions
This rental although in a primo location is not really ready for prime time. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, couldn't use the dryer and the shower was dangerously slippery. But the apartment is airy and spacious. And, as I say, was in a great location/
