This condo is unique because you have a water view and can walk to the beach. Neighbors are mostly owners who don't rent or rent to family and friends only. It's a nice neighborhood with an easy walk to Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts, Pure Fitness Gym, Foxcoast movies. Green Turtle, Crabcake Factory, Nori sushi among other restaurants you can walk to. The beach is a block away in front of the Carousel hotel that has an outdoor restaurant, entertainment, bathrooms, a playground, and hose wash offs.
