Large holiday home of about 160 m2, all comfort, located on a closed garden of 450 m2 in edge of park, in the market town of Carnac, with 500 m of the church in a calm quarter.
Les Alignements du Ménec is less than 500 m away, the sea and beaches are 2 km away. Numerous walks and cycling nearby.
On the ground floor there is a veranda overlooking dining room and kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 washbasin, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
On the floor 3 large bedrooms with beds of 140cm (+ 1 bed of 90 cm), and 1 bathroom.
In the basement 1 garage and 1 buanderie giving access to the garden.
The house can be rented all year round and can be rented weekends off season.

Bel endroit tranquille

Nous avons loué cette maison pour passer une semaine avec 4 petits enfants. La maison est spacieuse et le jardin agréable et grand. Située à 8 mn du tennis club de Carnac et des plages en voiture. Un seul regret : que l’annonce ne mentionne pas que les draps ne sont pas fournis (a louer sur place )et qu’il faille faire les lits en arrivant

Propriété bien située, très calme. les chambres sont spacieuses, avec beaucoup de rangements. Maison accueillante. Petit bémol, les portes vitrées des escaliers sont dangereuses avec des jeunes enfants. Mérite la rénovation en cours.

2 semaines de bonheur à CARNAC

Agréable séjour , dans une grande maison spacieuse et extrêmement bien située au cœur de CARNAC. ( Ameublement très ancien , literie confortable sauf un lit , cette maison est très bien équipée en vaisselles et électroménager ).Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .Nous recommandons cette location .

Emplacement privilégié près du bourg de Carnac et excellente communication avec le propriétaire

Maison conforme au descriptif. Elle est agréable pour 10 personne tout en étant vraiment défraîchie et jardin peu entretenu. L'accès au jardin non direct fait qu'il est peu utilisable. Le ménage n'était pas fait correctement par les locataires précédents et le prestataire pour l'accueil n'a pas le temps de corriger avant notre arrivée. Je suggère de rendre obligatoire la prestation de ménage de manière à garantir la propreté à l'arrivée.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Carnac. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin malgré la difficulté d'y avoir accès : obliger d'emprunter le sous-sol ou bien de faire le tour. Malgré cela la maison était agréable et bien située.

Très bon séjour. Maison agréable pour séjour en famille nombreuse. Chambres spacieuses, jardin agréable. Petit bémol sur la taille de la salle à manger qui est petite pour 11personnes autour de la table. Accès à l'étage et au sous sol sécurisé pour les plus petits, confort pour les parents..... Cuisine équipée. Salles de bains équipées même si un peu étroite. Ouverture et fermeture des volets roulants à l'étage serait à réparer car pas de possibilité de noir complet et dc réveil matinal précoce

Séjour à 6 adultes la semaine du 15 août. Maison spacieuse et agréable proche des commerces, d’un stade et des terrains de tennis. On peut aller visiter les alignements de Carnac à pied. Carnac plage est à 25 minutes à pied.

Belle maison très proche du centre de Carnac. Grandes chambres, grand jardin. Seule difficulté : l'accès au jardin depuis la cuisine. Il faut passer par le sous sol ou faire tout le tour. Gérant disponible, pas de problème particulier.
