A lovely chalet full of cosiness. When you step inside you are at home! Quietly situated in a rural atmosphere in a sunny location. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of a babbling mountain stream. You will find it next to this Alpenvilla Haus am Bach. Located in the middle of the Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn-Zell am See ski area, only 2 car minutes from the center of Kaprun. The free ski bus (approx. 100m) passes three times per hour. This shuttle bus drives between the Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the Kaprun-Zell am See area also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. Golf enthusiasts watched! The 36-hole golf course at Zell am See-Kaprun is only a 3-minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. You play a nice game of golf in a setting of beautiful green with in the background the Kitzsteinhorn covered with snow. Favorite trips in the region are Salzburg (the city of Mozart), the castle Hohenwerfen and the nearby ice caves, Krimmelwasserfälle (the largest waterfall in Europe) and the Großglockner. All these places can be reached in less than 1 hour by car or even by train.

Schönes und sauberes Haus. Toll eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermietern. Die Waschbecken in einigen Zimmern sind praktisch, so ist die Situation mit den "nur" 2 Duschen gut zu händeln. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Familien-Ski-Urlaub

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Österreich und hatten noch nie so ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Der Aufenthalt war komplett perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Bäder groß, alles sehr modern und vor allem sehr sauber! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Auf Rückfragen wurde unkompliziert, sehr schnell via WhatsApp geantwortet. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage um in die drei Skigebiete zu kommen. Wir waren täglich sowohl am Zell am See, Kaprun und am Kitzsteinhorn. Zum Haus gehören 2 Parkplätze. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wunderschönes modernes Haus mit toller Lage

Uns hat es dort super gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es hat alles funktioniert. Trotz kleiner Panne bei Anreise wurde sofort reagiert und diese behoben. Sehr guter Kontakt und Austausch mit Vermietern und den vor Ort Betreuern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten alle zusammen (Großeltern, Kinder und Enkelkinder, 10 Pers.) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Zimmer,Bäder Küchenausstattung alles super. Die Gaststäätte gleich in der Nähe war hervorragend. Nur in Kaprun ist im Winter warscheinlich mehr los wie im Sommer.

Wir (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 5 - 12) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fehlt rein gar nichts. Das Inserat hält was es anhand der Bilder und Beschreibung verspricht. Das Haus ist top modern und hatte für unsere Reisegruppe ausreichend Platz. Der Skilift (Maiskogel) ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Top

Tolles Haus, super Lage

Unterkunft in guten Zustand mit guter Ausstattung. Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind nicht für den Aufenthalt geeignet, da sehr dunkel. Zimmer teilweise recht klein bei voller Belegung.

Gut für Gruppen oder Familientreffen

Wir haben das Haus am Bach für ein Familientreffen gemietet und waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und den Vermietern war sehr gut; die nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine wurde sogar innerhalb von 2 Tagen ersetzt. Räume/Mobiliar sind wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich, der großzügige Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit riesigem Tisch ist wirklich klasse. In Anbetracht der Objektklasse und des Preises haben uns ein paar Punkte jedoch etwas enttäuscht. So waren zum Beispiel weder Handseife, Küchenrolle, Fön oder Geschirrspülmittel vorhanden. Die mitgebuchten Handtücher (gegen Aufpreis) beinhalteten weder Händehandtücher für die Bäder noch Küchenhandtücher. Auch scheint es im Haus, vor allem im Kellergeschoss, ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem zu geben. Luftentfeuchter sind zwar vorhanden und diese haben wir auch ständig laufen lassen, aber es roch trotzdem immer leicht muffig.

Top Chalet | We love it! | Empfehlung

Sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung mit kompletter Küche (sogar Weinkühlschrank!). Wir konnten uns gut entspannen und erreichten die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos. Bei Fragen zu Lademöglichkeiten für unser E-Auto waren die Gastgeber hilfsbereit, suchten persönlich nach umliegenden Einrichtungen.

Wir waren ein Gruppe von 10 Leuten und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen— Ausstattung war top, es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Nähe zu zwei Skigebieten innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist unschlagbar. Das Haus entspricht in jedem Punkt der Beschreibung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Familienurlaub mit 2 Familien + Opa ( 9 Personen ) Haus sehr sauber und geräumig . Sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor Ort sehr herzlichst aufgenommen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen 👍.

Das Haus ist modern und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Positiv: Das Haus war sauber, modern eingerichtet. Es war fast alles da, was man sich wünscht. Geschirr und Besteck genau abgezählt. Hätte eventuell etwas mehr sein können. Aber alles gut Negativ: Den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld habe ich als sehr unangenehm wahrgenommen. Wir hatten das Haus für 10 Personen gebucht und es waren auch nie mehr als 10 Personen dort. Trotzdem sollten wir für 13 Personen zahlen, da ja schließlich insgesamt 13 Personen in dem Haus waren. Hätten wir die Zeiträume getrennt gebucht, hätten wir nur für 10 Personen zahlen müssen. Außerdem musste man sogar für Babys unter einem Jahr den vollen Personenpreis zahlen. Am Ende sollten wir noch exakt dokumentieren, wann wer wo anreist und abreist. Ich empfand das als etwas übergriffig. Die Vermieterin meinte, die Polizei würde die Anwesenheit kontrollieren. Ich hoffe doch nicht. Österreich ist ja nicht Weißrussland. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, weil vor Ort alles geklappt hat. Danke dafür.

Schönes Haus für 10 Personen mit tollem Blick

Haus liegt ruhig mit guter Ausstattung und ausreichend Schlafzimmern für 10 Erwachsene, toller Blick auf die Berge, Sauna im Keller haben wir auch im Sommer bei Schlechtwetter benutzt

Beautiful house, well equipped and exactly matches the description on the site. Very kind and helpful owner, we had booked for August 2020 but not being able to go due to COVID, he moved our booking to 2021 without any change on price or other. I recommend this location to everyone

Zeer goed contact met eigenaren, erg fijn in deze tijd

De woning is prachtig, maar bovenal is het contact goed en verloopt het vlot en soepel. Er wordt meegedacht met het omboeken en daarin laten ze het klantbelang voorop staan. Echt een aanrader om dit te boeken.

Einfach nur toll!

Es war einfach alles da! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die tolle Küche mit dem geräumigen Wohn- und Esszimmer ist optimal für große Familien oder Freunde. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist super! Es gibt soviel in der Umgebung zu sehen.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (insgesamt 10 Personen) in diesem sehr schönen und modern eingerichteten Haus und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sehr verlässliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der uns genaue Informationen zur Anmietung gab. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

As ski enthusiasts, we would like to share our passion. Many accommodations were not as we wished. Getting the maximum out of m2 is not our goal. We wish our guests a wonderful stay with living and exercise space and a good bed for everyone. Tasty long dinners or drinks or in the evening can hang out on a couch and watch a movie. All our accommodations are well and completely furnished. Enjoy it!
