Nice independent house on one floor, in third sea line, just 100 meters from the sea.
The house has a living - dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate kitchen. It also has an interior patio and a large front furnished terrace.
Serra de Marina it is a small coastal town, mainly composed of low houses, a few bars and restaurants, and a small supermarket. The coast is made up of several sandy beaches, very virgin since it is a partially protected area. Alles war perfekt in dem geräumigen Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und sogar Badetücher für den Strand waren vorhanden. Einzigartiger Blick aufs Meer! Sandstrand nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eigener Innenhof zum Sonnen und Duschen. Ruhig gelegen, keine Hotels. Erstklassige Unterkunft, vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, war ideal, und die Gastgeber waren stets gut erreichbar und äußerst zuvorkommend. Ein früher Check-in sowie ein späterer Check-out waren problemlos möglich, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, jedoch etwas kleiner und älter, als es auf den Fotos wirkte. Die Küchenausstattung war was Elektrogeräte angeht gut, könnte aber bei der Kochausrüstung noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Diese kleinen Details haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht negativ beeinflusst – wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub!

séjour sympathique, logement accueillant hormis les cafards mais la réaction de l'agence a été très rapide . 1h30 après l'envoi du mail quelqu'un est venu nous mettre des pièges dans la maison . à notre arrivée nous avions à disposition des boissons ainsi que du gel douche et du shampoing ce petit détail est appréciable

Son Serra de Marina est une station balnéaire tranquille, du moins en mai où l’on entend plus parler allemand, anglais qu’espagnol. Il y a des commerces : 2 supérettes, 1 pharmacie et de très bons restaurants tels que le BONAMAR (qui vous acceptera même si vous arrivez après 21h). Pour ce qui est de la maison, nous avons apprécié le lave-linge et la terrasse sur le toit pour le séchage. Nous n’avons pris que nos petits déjeuners et un dîner. A noter que le toaster mériterait d’être remplacé. Ce serait plus digne d’un superhost. Problème de calcaire dans les pièces d’eau, robinetterie, bac douche etc… Le plain-pied ainsi que les 2 terrasses apportent un confort indéniable. Encore merci pour les boissons et les gâteaux que nous avons trouvés dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Nous vous recommanderons.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Leider war es zu der Jahreszeit sehr kalt und das Haus verfügt über keine Heizkörper. Wir haben auf Anfrage und Bezahlung dann sofort die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage, die auch heizt, sowie zusätzlich Decken, erhalten. Das Haus war sauber. Die Küche hat leider nach stärkerem Regen etwas nach Ausguss gerochen. Insgesamt könnte die Küche etwas besser an Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten ist alles da.

Großzügiges FeHaus

Das FeHaus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 (kleineren) Duschen/WC gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse bietet viel (schattigen) Platz. Leider hat es über mehrere Tage sehr stark nach Chemikalien gerochen und die Duschen/Armaturen haben starke Kalkspuren und wirken nicht wirklich sauber.

Super séjour en famille, notre petit garçon de 2 ans a pu profiter des espaces de la maison, tout à fait sécurisée, la cour arrière est un vrai plus. La mer et le paysage entourant la maison nous font sentir tellement bien ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés la location !

Schöne Tage auf Mallorca

Da wir nur zu Zweit waren, ist das Haus mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern natürlich sehr komfortabel. Für vier Personen wäre es auch noch perfekt! Die Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern sind super, man kann sie über Nacht bei kleinster Stufe laufen lassen. Sehr leise und sehr angenehm. Toll ist auch der kleine Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft. ...Leider muss man aber in der Küche ständig gegen Ameisen um sein Essen kämpfen! Man kann absolut nichts Essbares auch nur für 10 Minuten stehenlassen. Der einzig sichere Ort ist der riesige Kühlschrank. Der geräumige Innenhof ist prima zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen (alles vorhanden) und gemütlichen Abendessen am großen Tisch bestens geeignet.

Schönes Haus in der nähe vom Strand

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Haus und es hat sich nichts verändert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Betreuung von Mariana war sehr gut.
