IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of August 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote.

Beachside II 4351 is a light, bright, beachy unit that is the perfect place for two couples looking to have a wonderful vacation together. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. This unit has all new floors, updated baths, and new living room furniture! There is plenty of seating in the dining and living area for all your guests. Your own private balcony is easily accessible from the living room and gives you the greatest view of our beautiful Gulf. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom with separated vanity. The guest bedroom is has a queen size bed and additional, private entry to the guest bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room which would make this unit sleep 6 comfortably!

Beautiful Views

The kitchen has great cookware and appliances. The views from both balconies are breathtaking. We spent every morning and even out there enjoying the view and watching the waves. The condo has chairs and a beach umbrella which is was a nice bonus so you don’t need to rent them. Can’t wait to stay again.

Fall Beach Trip

All of the appliances worked properly including TV's..The threshold/entrance was disgusting and really needs to be deep cleaned. Overall the unit appears in need of a facelift primarily painting and caulking in bathrooms. Both sliding glass doors need to be cleaned including the track.

The only real negatives of the stay are the condo needs a deep clean, given the near continuous rentals. The master bath sink did not drain, there is mold on the master shower ceiling, and the throw rugs are very dirty from use.

We loved both of the balconies with the nice furniture for listening and watching the waves. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the cookware and tableware that you would need. We appreciated the walk in shower. The golf cart was so helpful as my husband has knee problems. We are already signed up for renting next year. The management company was so helpful.

Excellent view with a bit of dirt

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is absolutely outstanding. The view alone is what makes this unit beyond breathtaking.Pros: The views, the space, and has everything you need in the unit.Cons: The place is clean on the surface but is dirt/dust under everything and basic surfaces seemed dirty (light switches, etc). Also, the unit seems worn/tired with items being near end of life (washer/drier, faucets, furniture, etc.). We fought ants the entire stay and the property management company just came and sprayed ant spray. We kept the can but it was futile as the ants kept returning so we just threw out food or put it in fridge. The worst was the ants loved the coffee machine for some reason which was not a good start.

Excellent location Ana amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this trip on a last minute whim. The golf cart included with the rental was a fun added bonus! We had plenty of room for us and our 2 kids (7 & 8). The elevators were a little slow only having 2 and quite a few other rude guests would walk right on by like there wasn't a line to take your elevator. They were doing construction we were not aware of until arrival on the outside beach access which made it a little harder to get to. The view was amazing from the unit however it would of been nice to have a ramp to get to the beach because those stairs were steep to try and carry our beach wagon up and down every day. The pool was very nice, cleaned every morning. There was no direct info on where the golf cart was allowed to go we had to ask a security guard so a map of some sort would of been handy in the unit and the 1 daily free pass for activities took us a bit to figure out how to obtain. It was July so the beach was very crowded but would definitely stay here again!

Our first visit was really good and enjoyed everything. The second visit, not so much. We understood there was contruction going on. Howevver, it was very loud inside our room from 8:30 until late afternoon. It sounded like someone was drilling and sanding on the other side of the wall. I know this is in effort to improve the facility but if know how annyoing that noise would have been, I would have choosen a differnt complex. Hard to relax in the room. Also, there was a maintenance guy there just about everyday mopping the floor around 3:00 right in front of the elevator. We encountered him twice. to get to the elevator we had to walk on the floor. He got irratated and walked off saying something like "I should have known."

Snowbird Beach Getaway
