One of the largest, single-family, vacation home in the Phoenix area, located seven-minute drive to the new University of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinal Stadium) Westgate City Center, Jobing Arena, Tanger outlet Center, Glendale Arena, bordering Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale. This home is centrally located to shopping malls, I-10 and I-101 Freeway, costco, Wal-mart, Restaurants, Sam's Club, Phoenix Raceway, Golf resorts, Sports Complex, and family entertainments.

It offers private swimming pool,spa, and six bedrooms plus bonus room with POOL table, three full bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms for formal occasions, extra-large gourmet kitchen with center island, granite slab counter tops, maple cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, microwave, gas oven and range, refrigerator with automatic water dispenser and ice maker and filter, dishwasher, pantry, all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, cooking-ware (non-stick), baking-wares are provided.

Open to additional dining area for six guests for informal meals and open to large family room with large U shape sofa with chase, 60-inch Sony HDTV LCD TV with DVD and surround sound (bring your sony playstation, X-Box, etc, which can easily be attached to any TV). High-speed Internet (WIFI) and telephone calls (within US) is also provided for free.

All bedrooms are furnished with elegant furnishings with TV,Custom paint colors thru out, and tastefully decorated (two king-size beds, three queen-size beds, two twin beds, & 1 sofa bed.) The master bedroom has furnishings that is fit for a king with armoire, 27-inch TV with DVD and VCR, oval tub, dual sinks, separate shower, and oversized walk-in closet. Central AC set to 75 degrees in summer and central heating set to 70 degrees in winter.

This home is so large, everyone can have their own privacy and enjoy different activities. Great house and great spot

We had such a great time at this house. It was located in a great area very close to Costco and Sam’s Club to get food and lots of great restaurants near by. The neighborhood was quiet. When we needed something for the house Carmen came by quickly and helped us out. The pool and spa was awesome for our kids.

The house was clean and Carmen was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, the pool was not swimmable during our stay due to algae build up.

Centrally located easy access to I-10 and I-101

There were 10 golfers and we still had room for 2 more. Over 4,000 sq.ft of living space, open kitchen made it easier to move around and still be part of the group. After round of golf, hot tub and swimming pool were very inviting. This is the second time we have rented the house and we are already planning for our 2024 trip.

The property was well kept. Sooo many bedrooms. Great size home. Convenient to major highways and shopping/etc. All items were as listed and the owner and property manager were very communicative. You can't go wrong.

Perfect Size & Accommodations!

We reserved this location. To bring together Family and Friends within the area to spend some time together. Everything was exactly as presented on the listing. We were able to get the house on time and check out was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was close! (Stores, shopping etc) Definitely worth the price for our group of 8. Plenty of space for us to have the event. Thank you for everything and we would stay here again!

House is aged a bit but all the necessary things are there. Pool/SPA heater did not work but did run while we stayed there which is an extra charge. Neighborhood is very urban. Property manager is good at communicating with you during your stay. Good location from highway.

Very dated house

The house need to be updated, den couch which was leather had been covered with a cloth cover. When you sit you sink down and find it hard to get up.

This was a terrific house to rent. We had about 5 people and it was very comfortable! The pool table was a BIG HIT. The house was very clean and well kept. The pool is beautiful and the area outback was just so nice. The owner is pretty strict with the rules just be aware and one of our guests dirtied some sheets and a towel and we were charged for them, but it was justifiable. She was very nice with the whole thing and we received our deposit back. Very cool place and owner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great house for a big family!

We had 7 adults (3 sets of couples, 1 single) and 4 children. This house had plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably, to spread out when we needed our own space and to all hang out in the common areas. The highlight for us was the patio and pool. This was where we spent most of our time. The kids and adults loved having a large pool to play in and the warmth of the spa. It does cost extra to heat the pool, which the owner and the property manager are up front with early on in the process. It was completely worth it for us to spend the extra money for the warm pool! Check-in and out were easy and Carmen, the property manager, was available for questions. The only complaint some of our group had was the noisy plumbing sounds, but nothing that would prevent us from renting it again in the future!

This is the first time we have stayed at a VRBO house. Our contact person was very nice. This was a family trip over Christmas with our entire family of 11 people. The house was spacious and was beautiful but in a so-so area of Phoenix. On Christmas Eve the neighbors had a very loud party which went until 4 o’clock in the morning and kept us awake all night. Since we are not familiar with the neighborhood and we still had a few days left to stay there we did not want to cause any problems. As far as amenities go, the pool and hot tub were amazing . But there were no board games no outside games and no pool games. The towels were rough and old and the toilet paper was very limited and rough as well. The beds were very comfortable and the master suite was gigantic. The master closet was as big as my bedroom. That space seemed like a waste of space. There were no special touches put into this house. It was pretty much a barebone house. I have seen other houses listed with many amenities but we were limited on where we could stay because we needed so many bedrooms. All in all we had a good time and Phoenix was beautiful as always, but we probably would not stay at this house again.

Our family loves to vacation. This is the time that we bond together and enjoy each other. Having 3 college kids is a very challenging schedule, but we try to get away when we can. We love the pool and spa for relaxation and pool table for family entertainment.

This home is a home we go to everytime we go to Phoenix./Glendale. It is amazingly large and elegantly decorated so guests will feel important and comfortable. This is a perfect home away from home.

Having a pool and spa just makes this home a perfect vacation home, not to mention the pool table for indoor entertainment.
