The New and improved Casa Annabella. We are the new owners of Casa Anabella now loved and improved.
What can't be improved on is the panoramic sea and mountain views all around all set in the private walled and electric gated gardens, with pool and hot tub and of course WIFI. consist of:
MAIN HOUSE with large well equipped and homely Kitchen with large table and chairs (seating for 8), window to side and French doors to terrace, outdoor lounge, pool, decking and garden.
LARGE LOUNGE with seating for 10 people, fireplace, two windows and French doors to terrace, pool, garden. Good size Bathroom with walk in shower, bidet, wash hand basin, w.c., next to the MAIN BEDROOM with Large double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to terrace, pool and gardens.
OUTSIDE LOUNGE
Sheltered and covered outside Lounge with BBQ area, dining area, seating area. Linked from main house to Annex

LOUNGE to Front with large triple panelled patio doors leading to outside, sofa, dining area and dresser with doors leading to bedrooms.

Great villa in peaceful area of PDC

We've absolutely loved our stay at this property. Great layout, great pool (we didnt find it cold unlike other reviews), we absolutely loved how peaceful the area is, yet it's only a 10-15min walk from both the old town and the strip. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were all ensuite. Also has off street secure parking for anyone who uses a hire car.Mel has been amazing with trying to help us after my wife had to have an unexpected operation which left her on crutches 5 weeks before our holiday. She really went above and beyond to try and make our stay as easy as possible under the circumstances. Cant recommend this villa and host enough!!

Wonderful Villa

The villa is wonderful and in a lovely peaceful location. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is there. Lots of things provided if you want entertainment, from sky tv to games. The candles and fairy lights all around are a lovely touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners on the last day.

Really enjoyable holiday

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Annabelle. The house was perfect for our family needs. Three seperate bedrooms all suitable to sleep 2, each with its own bathroom. Really lovely cozy, homely feeling inside the villa. My favorite area was the outside seating and dining area. This absolutely made my holiday as it made us all hang out together as a family in such a beautiful setting. The views were incredible and something that I am missing terribly now that I am home. The pool was great and kept very clean. I truly hope to stay here again some day. Mel and Ray were fantastic and incredibly helpful, Thankyou to you both.from all of us.x

Everything you could ask for and more. Ages from 15 to 40 and everyone was happy. In a quiet location but close enough to walk to the strip or the old town with no problems. Will definitely book again in the future x

Great Villa

We had a lovely stay at the villa, it is a fantastic home. The space, particularly the outdoor area, is great and we would recommend to others. We had to call the property manager a few times, the first to find the key fob for the gates, the second about the temperature of the pool and the third about a problem with the electrics. Each time the calls were answered immediately and the issues acknowledged/resolved quickly. Unfortunately it appears the pool heating wasn’t on for long before our arrival, the pool was unusable for the first half of our stay - we know it is February but we specifically searched for a villa with a heated pool and paid a premium for this. The water was 21C on day two of our stay which is too cold to use for long. Even our children said it was too cold to use for more than 10/15 mins. It did improve slightly towards the end but by no means warm. Thankfully the hot tub was cosy and provided the much craved warmth when escaping the British weather. Tip: no cleaning products are provided apart from washing up liquid. This is not an issue but pop a few dishwasher tablets and a cleaning cloth in your bag, will save you having to buy large sized items from the shop! I saw on a previous review that pool towels weren’t provided - there were plenty provided when we visited. Overall we had a nice stay and will recommend to others. The villa is in a good location for using as a base to get around the island and the sea views from the villa are fab!

Ideal property for 3 older couples. Lots of places to lounge & eat so we were never on top of each other. Lovely walk down to the harbour & beaches - rather a slow walk back up! Shame there were no pool towels. The property manager never contacted us and didn’t check our passports as expected, but we didn’t need to contact her.

Wonderful villa!

We’ve stayed in multiple villas in Lanzarote and this was our favourite by far. Everything was spotlessly clean inside & out, and the villa was well-equipped. The rooms were spacious & comfortable, but it was the vast outdoor space & large pool that set this villa apart. Although there were only 4 of us you could easily have more people staying and not getting on top of one another. Communication with the owner Mel was very good, with prompt informative replies both before & during our stay, and her flexibility was appreciated. Overall we loved our stay at Casa Anabella, with the highlight being the stunning views of the volcanoes from the garden, which we never grew tired of. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous accommodation, highly recommend.

We stayed for a week post Christmas. i was delighted to see that house was decorated for the season. The first time i had experienced this. It was clean, had everything we needed. very spacious inside and out and we were treated to exceptional sunsets from the patio, whilst sipping pre-dinner drinks. Its about a 20 minute walk to the Port, which is very doable and the route is lit all the way back after dinner so felt safe. Hot tub was fab at new year, we sat in it watching fireworks from the port. The pool was a little chilly, it was December, but what a great pool anyway. I would highly recommend couples or families to stay here .

Perfect winter break

Although the property has a set up for family and or friends we took this opportunity as a couple to have the space provided and utilise it for our benefit, and it was perfect. The layout is good with the use of a fully fitted indoor kitchen or the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, the terrace is huge with a great sized swimming pool (a bit chilly) but once you are in it is great, and the hot tub on another additional terrace tops it off. For those who like to keep in touch the Wifi is good and more than adequate and the TV packages are more than fine, channels for everyone. The beds are very comfortable, we slept very well mainly due to the location as it is so peaceful, so so quiet. The 20min walk down into PDC is a comfortable walk but quite a task coming back, but there are plenty of Taxi's around for around 4-5euros, well worth it. For a relaxing peaceful holiday you can't go far wrong with Casa Anabella.

Family Christmas

Our first time to Lanzarote. The villa and its location could not be beat. The aspect of the villa across the sea and the sunsets were amazing. We had 23-27degrees over Christmas so we made use of the short walk to the beach. The villa had all the things needed to me this a wonderful stay on an amazing island.

Dreamy!

We had a delightful stay in Villa Annabella. The property and grounds were bigger than we had expected and the views were just incredible. Its right at the top of the Puerto Del Carmen resort in a lovely neighbourhood, so mainly quiet and peaceful, but only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our daughters absolutely loved the pool, and having the hot tub to warm up in when the wind was up was the cherry on the cake. Mel was an excellent host and very responsive to our questions. And Lanzarote was the gift that kept on giving - so many amazing places to explore and sites to see. I highly recommend hiring a car and getting out and about seeing the Cesar Manrique gardens, the volcano park and some of the more remote beaches. We loved it!

Villa da sogno

Settimana da natale a capodanno, villa situata su di una altura sopra al porto, con la vista su tutta la parte sud di Lanzarote e Fuerteventura in lontananza. La proprietà dispone di spazi ampli con i bagni in ogni camera ed elettrodomestici per ogni comodità. La parte esterna è stupenda, dalla piscina all’idromassaggio posizionato in disparte, con due pergolati che permettono di mangiare all’esterno con annesso bbq. Il proprietario è stato efficientissimo nelle disposizioni di utilizzo della villa ed il personale che gestisce la villa è stato iper disponibile e gentile per ogni esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Sicuramente consigliatissima e spero di tornarci presto.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Easy to find and get ourselves in, waterpump had broken but fixed the very next morning. Owners Mel and Ray helped with a temporary fix overnight. Phillipa was very helpful with the family we were with helping with translation for a report. She let us check out late as the next guests were coming the next day most appreciated!

Recommended villa

Our family, 6 adults plus a toddler, had a great holiday in Lanzarote and a major factor was the lovely villa we stayed in. There were 3 en-suite rooms that gave us all some privacy and communal facilities, including a well equipped kitchen and very spacious living room, that included a tv with lots of channels and good internet access. There was a large swimming pool to enjoy, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, a hot tub and even a table tennis table. The villa was in a quiet area, with nice views and was just a ten minute walk to a couple of supermarkets and only a few minutes more to the main town. Only minor concern for some would be a fairly steep walk home, but a taxi was less than €3 for the couple of times I was too lazy to hoof it! In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa and hope to return again in due course 😀

We have been coming to Lanzarote for many years, we love the safe, relaxed, beautiful Island that has become a second home to us.

Why they chose this property

We know Lanzarote well and believe that Puerto Del Carmen is the best resort on the island. It has so much to offer, from bustling Avenida (the Strip) to the quieter and tranquil setting of the old town and harbour, our villa is well placed for both. Puerto Del Carmen is not like some resorts cut off by busy roads you can walk, run, cycle or sea taxi to Puerto Calero about 2 miles away, or walk, run, cycle (mostly cycle path along the coast) to Playa Honda or on to Arrecife and Costa Teguise, lots to do with out spending a lot. There are also regular buses to most places. The main beach is very big so there is plenty of room, there is also the smaller beach, Playa Chica in the old town ideal for snorkelling or diving.

What makes this property unique

Excellent views, Large 14 meter Pool, inset Hot Tub on raised decking area, second decking area with summerhouse, Outdoor Lounge with BBQ area, second Lounge connected to Annex, Large Terrace, Private Large Garden with boundary wall and electric gated access. Spacious well presented Villa with character and style. Los Mojones is one of the Best locations in Puerto Del Carmen, quiet, set in an area of similar mainly detached properties but not far from the action of Avenida (1.5km) or the beautiful harbour in the Old Town (1.3km)
