About this property

The apartment is located on Via Roma, in the center of the delightful town of Capodimonte, on Lake Bolsena. It is on the second floor of a private building of only two floors, with garden and barbeque area, for the exclusive use of the building.
The apartment has just been completely renovated and furnished with care and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very bright. The apartment also has two terraces and a balcony. In the larger terrace, connected to the Living area and to one of the three bedrooms, it is possible to dine in the shade with a precious view of the lake, the Bisentina island and the town castle (the Rocca). The second terrace, on the roof level, offers an extraordinary 360 degree view and allows you to take an aperitif and relax in the sun in total privacy and at night to appreciate the entire lake illuminated by the villages that surround it. The balcony, overlooked by the other two bedrooms, offers guests a unique panorama that arouses a feeling of joy and wonder.
The apartment is located just over 200 meters from the town's tourist port and the delightful and long Capodimote beach, equipped with all services.

W la vacanza al lago!

È stata una bellissima settimana. La casa è perfetta, pulita , profumata e luminosa , con mobili nuovi ed una cucina attrezzata di tutto punto. La terrazza è spettacolare ed i proprietari gentili e premurosi. Grazie e a presto!!!!

Über den Dächern von ... Capodimonte!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben jede nur mögliche Sekunde auf den beiden Terrassen verbracht. Der Ausblick ist einfach fantastisch! Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig, hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Der check-in und check-out verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Die Vermieterin und deren Assistentin waren ebenfalls äußerst zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Nochmals vielen Dank an Barbara und an Marites für den unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Charming place! Owner is very friendly, prompt, helpful. House is very clean and well-equipped

We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed. It has been recently renovated and is very clean and neat. The breeze makes it pleasant even in hot summer, so as long as the doors with the slats for air (and not the glass doors!) are used, it remains cool. This was my big concern and as the owner assured me, it was very pleasant. The Lake is very clean and the food everywhere is great. This small Italian town has all the charm you would want. The view is great too. We combined swimming in the Lake Bolsena with the Clean sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (eg. Ultima Spiaggia about an hour's drive away) and that worked perfectly. All in all, it was a relaxed week that was spontaneously added on to our holiday and we all loved it!
