The residence UHC ARCO DEL SOL FAMILY COMPLEX has a privileged location on the beachfront, in a pleasant and natural environment, with crystal-clear water and white sandy beaches awarded with the blue flag. The complex is only 1.5 km from the town of Hospitalet del L' Infant (with numerous shops, restaurants and a marina). It is a privileged tourist area, without mass tourism, being able to enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and coves and the proximity of a mountainous area to enjoy outdoor activities. There is much to offer in the surrounding area and a wide range of possibilities to explore.

This charming apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware. The dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a large terrace with sea views! The building has a communal garden with sun loungers and 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children).

The quiet Arenal Beach, with its two kilometres of white sand, is only 30 metres from the complex. This apartment has everything you need to satisfy all your needs during your holiday on the Costa Daurada.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Air conditioning only in the living room.
- Optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.
- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Perfect for families with small children.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Une vue merveilleuse, reposante. Un petit restaurant à côté, sous les pins pour un repas ou simplement un apero. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, manque peut-être un plateau 😏. Une des 2 salles de bains, avec une douche sans tuyauterie, on n'a pas été prévenu, le seul bémol de l agence. On reviendra

La tranquillité et la beauté du site. Un appartement propre. Si vous raccordez pas la douche de la petite salle de bain alors retirez là, au moins le panneau en verre. Le matelas du lit double n'est pas très confortable.

Esta en la mejor playa de la zona, con vistas directas a ella, sin aglomeraciones y con un ambiente familiar. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, y eso nos salvó las siestas. WiFi se paga a parte. En los alojamientos de este precio viene incluido, y ya es un servicio habitual donde vayas. Debería estar incluido

Gut: Lage, sauberer Strand, Terrasse, Sauberkeit der Wohnung, Service bei Problemen, Klimaanlage. Schlecht: Schimmel-Gestank im Kinderzimmer, keine bequemen Betten, Pool nicht sehr sauber, Dusche defekt, Ameisen in der Wohnung, kein WLAN, vieles etwas defekt, TV nur mit spanischen Sendern.

L'appartement est idéalement situé et nous avons pu passer un très agréable séjour que nous envisageons de renouveler l'année prochaine. Au plaisir d'une nouvelle location à Hospitalet. Un seul bémol: l'appartement n'était pas très propre (coussins et canapé) et avons dû nettoyer l'appartement en entrant.
