Two-bedroom 'modern beach cottage' style suite in newer built home. 1 queen bed and 1 pull-out sofa. Kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Access to laundry.

The suite has 180 degrees of Ocean frontage on tranquil 10 mile point considered by many to be the best water view property in Victoria. With Salmon and cod fishing, scuba diving, paddle boarding and kayaking right out the front door. Sea lions, Killer Whales, marine birds of all kinds abound.

You can see boats of all types travel between the Gulf Islands and the San Juan Islands and Victoria's Inner Harbor all day long. Quiet and secluded yet close to amenities. 6-minute drive to the University of Victoria, Uplands Golf course, and 20 minutes to downtown Victoria.

Local restaurants include Lemongrass Thai, Matsuki An Sushi, Smugglers Pub. Also Peppers grocery, Caddy Bay liquor store and Bliss Spa. Gyro Park Beach is a great local walking beach.

Amazing Views, Check-In host was amazing

I absolutely adore this property. The experience was beyond incredible. However, the one area that could use enhancement is the cleanliness. Upon arrival, noticeable dustiness was apparent. It seemed as though the cleaning was restricted to sweeping rather than sweeping 'and' mopping. Nonetheless, I'm eagerly planning to secure this location again during my next visit to Victoria. The young woman who assisted with check-in was an absolute delight, and showed kindness and professionalism. A thorough deep cleaning, adding a bit more soft white lighting, and fixing the net door would undoubtedly transform this already remarkable space into a truly enchanting haven for you and your family. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful quiet location

Loved the location in Cadboro Bay where it is nearly impossible to get short term stays. Not much room for eating in the kitchen but fine fo breakfast which worked for us as we ate out for other meals. Nice big patio with ocean view but the neighbouring suite looks right onto where the table and chairs are, with open window. Patio furniture needed a good cleaning which we did as we wanted to sit out there for breakfast anyway, it was worth it. There is also just a thin door between the next suite and this one so you can hear the neighbours clearly. All of that said the bed was comfortable and the place was fine for the price.

Great spot for a quick getaway. The owners and staff working with the property were very nice and super helpful. The property itself was extremely comfortable, with a great patio for the sunrises and sunsets over the water.
