Chalet T'Laer is a beautifully renovated chalet in the heart of Chatel. The property is located only 500m to the village center with an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is split into two apartments with their own unique style and charm. T'Laer 4 is the penthouse apartment with four bedrooms, large open plan living space and south facing balcony.

The living space in T’Laer 4 is stunning and equivalent dimensions to a large chalet with multiple areas to relax after a day on the slopes.
The main living room is large and spacious with lots of natural light, neutral colours and carefully chosen soft furnishings. There are lots of comfy sofas and fur rugs to relax with a movie or holiday book.
At the front of the chalet with floor to ceiling French windows is a gorgeous seating area with 4 armchairs next to a beautiful freestanding log burner.

T’Laer 4 feels more like a chalet than apartment with two floors and feature staircase. All the bedrooms are on the upper level as follows:

Bedroom 4 – L-shaped bunk bed

All the beds will be made on your arrival and you will also be provided with towels and Molton Brown toiletries.
The chalet has two newly refurbished bathrooms on the bedroom level.

The chalet has a large, modern, open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar creating a very social space to cook and enjoy an evening with family and friends.
The stunning wooden dining table with leather chairs is situated in front of the French windows to enjoy the best views at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

T’Laer is located between the Super Chatel telecabine and lifts at Lac de Vonnes. It is 800m in each direction and there is a free bus service which stops outside the chalet.
There is parking at the chalet for 2 vehicles if you are staying in resort with a car and wish to drive to Linga or Pre la Joux.

The chalet also features a large shared boot room with boot warmers so there is plenty of space to get changed and store your ski equipment.
It is also possible to stroll down into Chatel village centre in approx 10 minutes.

Very Nice chalet confortable and really perfect for our family of 5 childrens between 6 to 18 years

We enjoy walks and moutains. The chalet is really a perfect place to stay for a week and discover the beautiful moutauns of la vallée d'abondance. As well as the picture on the web site

Parfait!

Très bon accueil! Très belle vue, chalet très pratique, les chambres à l'étage avec lits confortables, bien équipé. Proche centre ville et remontée mécaniques Vonnes (10 min à pied ou arret de bus devant le chalet) pour rejoindre soit super chatel vers le nord, soit vers linga vers le sud.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le chalet est confortable, agréable et très bien situé par rapport aux remontées mécaniques et centre village. Toutefois nous regrettons 1/ que notre paiement soit d'office transformé en livres, sans que cela soit très explicite au niveau de l'annonce sur laquelle les prix sont annoncés en euros. les frais bancaires occasionnés devraient être à la charge du propriétaire puisque c'est un choix qui lui appartient, sans concertation avec le locataire. 2/ Les clés du chalet étaient à disposition dans une boîte à code mais le code ne fonctionnait pas. Quelqu'un est passé, cela a duré moins de 3 minutes et nous n'avons pas eu d'échange convivial d'accueil comme cela se passe en principe dans d'autre locations. 3/ Beaucoup de DVD et jeux de société mais malheureusement tous en anglais, les enfants étaient déçus.

Très bel appartement dans un chalet

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement grand et très confortable, de style contemporain, baigné de lumière, avec vue sur la vallée et situé tout près d’un arrêt de la navette.

Chalet chaleureux

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec deux jeunes enfants vraiment agréable. L’accès du chalet avec les places de pk devant le chalet c’est top! Grande pièce à vivre avec une grande cuisine ouverte très bien équipée.pour les inconditionnels du café le matin Pensez à amener des capsules Nespresso pour une machine Vertuo c’est pas des capsules Nespresso classiques ! On s’est fait avoir. Les chambres sont grandes la literie très bien. La quatrième chambre est petite et convient pour de jeunes enfants. Propreté et ménage très bien. Le chalet est récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le chalet est très bien insonorisé et notamment entre les chambres se qui garanti un séjour reposant. Une autre chose qui est top, le centre station de Chatel est à 500m à pieds pas besoin de prendre la voiture, il faut noté que le centre est très embouteillé ! Je dialogue avec les propriétaires est réactif et sympathique. Je recommande ce chalet pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Bon séjour à tous dans ce chalet !

Mooi chalet op een prima locatie

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit chalet. Alles zag er netjes uit en ook de keuken was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden en nette badkamer. Skibus stopt voor de deur en het is ook fijn dat er een aparte ruimte is om de ski's op te bergen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Belle situation par rapport au centre de chatel, très belle vue sur la montagne, Équipements du chalets plus que complets ... nous recommandons à 100% ce chalet. Fantastic Chalet

This chalet was perfect for our recent trip to Chatel. The property had plenty of space to take our group of 7 and was equipped with everything we needed. The photos really don't do it justice.

Super séjour

Très joli chalet rénové avec goût. Literie impeccable, insonorisation entre les chambres top. Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Sur les 4 chambres, une chambre est un peu petite et conviendrait plus à 2 enfants qu'à un couple.

As we are well know with the surrounding we enjoyed it very much. We were Lucky to have wonderful snow conditions. Of course we really enjoyed the house it felt as coming home after a while.

Magnifique Châlet et très bonne situation

Merci Angela pour votre très beau chalet. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Le châlet est très bien situé, à 300m du centre du village. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking réservée juste devant l'entrée du chalet. Le living est grand, la cuisine est full équipée, il ne manquait rien et les chambres à l'étage sont spacieuses et lumineuses et parfaitement équipées. Beaucoup de place de rangement, très appréciable. Sans oublier une vue magnifique sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Facilité d'accès et calme. Bref, nous reviendrons !

Netjes, schoon, lekkere zitbanken en de bus stopt voor de deur.

Na 20 jaar van Franse eigenaren gehuurd te hebben nu eens van Angela en Hugo uit Engeland. Geweldig, geen houten wanden maar alles strak en glad. Het geheel sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekkere zitbanken in plaats van rechte stoelen en zo kan ik wel even doorgaan. Natuurlijk hebben we ook een pasr aandachtspunten voor Angela en Hugo maar dat geef ik persoonlijk door.
