New Villa 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom private Pool and Garden Port Adriano

This holiday home with private pool and garden is located within walking distance (1 km) of Port Adriano and the beach of El Toro. It features an open-concept lounge with full equiped kitchen and pool view. The inside has been fully renovated in June 2017. It has four double bedrooms with air conditioning and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and the other one has its own bathroom next door across the corridor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtube and the others are equiped with rainfall showers. The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved. Water, power, internet connection, bath towels, pool towels, bedsheets and tourist tax are included in the price. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM and check-in after 15:00 PM anytime. Registered with regional tourism authorities: ETV / 8940.

The main street from the villa to the beach of El Toro and the marina of Port Adriano has a variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. From inexpensive Spanish restaurants with Mediterranean specialties to a chef signature foody-style menu at a 5-star hotel terrace. There is also a superb bistrot, a lively British pub and an authentic Thai. Groceries can be bought at one of the two supermarkets and at the local bakery.

Wonderful Villa
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Spotlessly clean and catered for our every requirement. Tomas was so helpful and friendly and answered every question immediately both prior and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a cot and highchair for our grandchild and it was there on our arrival. Everything we needed was within walking distance from the property and parking outside was extremely easy. The villa itself had brilliant air conditioning and the rooms and bathrooms were exactly as described in the details. Tomas even provided charcoal and firelighters for the BBQ which we used a number of times.

Had a wonderful stay, the property was immaculate and Tomas could not have been more helpful. Location was lovely, lots of great restaurants in the Port. We didnt hire a car but excellent bus service so we were able to visit places easily. We will definately return.

Clean modern property. Very well equipped and suited our family party of 3 generations including a 3 and 1 year old . Convenient in an area which we know and already loved. Tomas was very helpful and welcoming. We look forward to a return visit.

Wonderful villa close to all amenities
Tomas and wife were fantastic hosts. The villa was perfect for our group weekend getaway. We loved the number of bathrooms, the pool and the little extras like milk and water and shampoo on arrival. Really thoughtful. The villa is in close walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach so it was a perfect location. Our hosts were always on hand to answer questions and help us get the most from our stay. We would definitely come back!

Travelling as a family group of 8, mixed ages from 2 1/2 to 62 this villa was fantastic for everybody, having 3 en-suite bedrooms, a fourth separate bathroom for the 4th bedroom, spacious lounge,fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, a wonderful pool with great privacy (pool in the front garden) Tomas’s villa is perfect and Tomas is the perfect host, he is on hand for any help or problems we had so a really big thank you,you and your villa made our holiday special.

Relaxing Holiday and a family wedding
The Villa was exactly as described, with a lovely size pool and sunbathing area, a barbecue that we made great use of. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants with a slightly further walk (15 mins) to Port Adriano. The Villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had excellent facilities, modern bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Tomas the host was very helpful and easy to contact for any queries we had. We would thoroughly recommend the property which can cater for 8 (although we were a six - 3 adult couples)

A great modern villa, finished to a very high standard. Very clean with all the amenities you would need for a self catering holiday. Very nice pool with private gardens in a nice, quiet location. Would recommend!

Estuvimos alojados 7 personas muy cómodamente. La casa dispone de cuatro dormitorios y cuatro cuartos de baño cómodos y limpios. Todo está prácticamente nuevo Tomas es una persona muy agradable y siempre pendiente de ofrecer lo necesario para las personas alojadas. Alojamiento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Muy recomendable

Einfach top!!!
Wir waren beruflich dort und ein Team von 4 Personen. Es war alles super. Da aufgrund der aktuellen Situation die Hotels vorwiegend geschlossen hatten, mussten wir nach einer Alternative Ausschau halten. Tomas und seine Frau sind perfekte Gastgeber und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Und durch die 4 Schlafzimmer/4 Bäder hatte trotzdem jeder seinen Freiraum und Rückzugsort. Vielen Dank an Tomas und seine Frau. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
