Stunning 2 Bed penthouse with panoramic views and free wi-fi.

Our very large luxurious 2 bedroom penthouse with living area 102 m², balcony 102 m², sleeps 5 comfortably. The property is very centrally located, a short stroll from Lagos marina, the town centre and the local beaches. This beautiful brand new apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large entrance hall, fitted separate kitchen and spacious lounge with sofa bed. The apartment is furnished in a very modern, contemporary style, to a high spec. The L shaped balcony is perfect for alfresco dining with its panoramic views of the town, marina and coastline. The complex is extremely modern and features an outdoor pool veranda (adult and kids pools), private kids play area, landscaped garden areas throughout, gym, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and on-site cafe. Underground parking is also available.A lift is located right outside our door and entry to the complex is gained through a video phone entrance system for added security. All windows are fitted with electronic shutters.

All rooms are air-conditioned.: Kitchen: The separate kitchen has granite work tops, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Utility room: Central vacuum system, iron and ironing board.
Living room: Large open plan sitting/dining room, 2 white leather couches, one of which is a sofa bed. Dining table with leather chairs, plasma screen TV, DVD, pre-installed sound system and occasional tables. Satellite TV with limited Sky channels available.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bathroom and beach towels and linen are included.

The centre of the old town of Lagos is only a 10 m: The main beach in Lagos is Meia Praia, a 15 min walk from our apartment, or you can take the Onda. The 5 km of sandy beaches at Meia Praia never get too crowded, and have loads of extras to offer, para-gliding, banana boats, wind-surfing and surfing. The beach has plenty of little cafes and bars. There are many other sandy coves and beaches nearby.Lagos has everything to offer for the perfect family holiday. Fantastic days out can be experienced at the following locations, Zoomarine, Dolphin safaris, Jeep safaris and Slide and Splash water park. New to Lagos is the recently opened Algarve Autodrome, which is approved for Formula 1 testing.

Further details: While the picturesque town of Lagos caters really well for its visitors, it is essentially very much a real working town. Shopping for groceries is no chore here with a choice of the new Pingo Doce supermarket 2 min walk from the apartment, or to head to the towns indoor food market which supplies a wonderful array of fresh veg, meat and locally caught fish. Cafe Fresco is the on-site cafe serving home cooked food all day long.

Lovely Lagos

Our second stay at this fabulous apartment and we are hoping for a third but due to personal commitments a different time of year. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is like home from home. Plenty of kitchen untensils and bedding and towels. The balconies are something else - huge with 4 sun beds dining furniture and sitting area. We spent many a happy hour sitting looking out at the marina. Location is great. Next door to a supermarket, 5 mins to restaurants and bars 10 minutes into old town. Car not required as you can get buses or train to all over the Algarve. Had some lovely meals out - Fernandos on sea front, O artista opposite tivoli hotel, Mexican just up from tivoli hotel and lovely Italian in square at back entrance of o’ artista. We had a fabulous holiday and would love to return.

Nice big apartment, had an issue with key code but owner answered are call for help efficiently. Beautiful views from apartment and quiet inside. Pool area ok, inside pool and sauna unavailable- but we’re told this after booking, so was expected. Good facilities in apartment but some extra loo rolls and some bin bags would have been appreciated. We would however happily stay again and recommend.

The property was more spacious than we imagined from the photos. The balcony is huge and goes right round the appartment with great views of Lagos. Everything you need is within walking distance and Orla the host was available to answer any questions quickly.

Great location for short/long stay. Short walking distance to all available ideal locations (eateries, marinas, rail/bus stations, beach and boardwalk). The 5th floor location of apartment gives a panoramic view to Lagos unlike most other locations. Host was very responsive and local management firm were very responsive as well. Highly recommend this penthouse apartment to any/all looking for an Algarve adventure.

Wunderschöne Tage in Lagos

Das Appartement liegt top zentral. Für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Das Interieur ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It had everything needed for a perfect holiday. Great location, handy for lots of cafes, restaurants etc but a very quiet at the same time. Would love to go back next year. Communications and advice from Orla were superb. Thank you.

Amazing property close to everything!

This property was amazing, from the moment we booked it, great communication with the host. Upon arrival, huge space, well appointed, beautiful furnishing, large rooms and the best part is the balcony that wraps itself around the apartment with views of the marina and the ocean. Great for sitting outside having a cocktail or watching the sunrise. The apartment is in a quiet, safe area, walkable to the center of Lagos (10-12 minutes). Lots of restaurants around, a grocery store and the best part is the café downstairs. Their food is so delicious and the people that run it are warm, kind and super friendly. Overall this apartment was amazing and it made our week in Lagos so enjoyable.

We will be back.

Had a fabulous holiday at this apartment. Clean with everything required. Great location five minutes to the marina and 10/15 stroll to old town. 5 minutes to bus station where we caught the bus to Praia de luz and spent a pleasant day on the lovely beach. Sun beds available. Communication with Orla the owner of the apartment was very good and she was very helpful and obliging. I’ve never stayed anywhere with balconies like this apartment - massive. Supermarket next door. Would recommend restaurant O’artista opposite hotel tivoli. We enjoyed our stay so much we have decided to return just need to check dates.

Great location and accomodation in Lagos

We just spent 10 nights in Orlas apartment which was perfect! Location was amazing, we walked into town and to the marina at least once every day, my boyfriend had a trackday at the Portimao track and found it an easy drive plus we explored a few of the nearby beaches - a great all round location! The apartment itself is well equipped and we had beach towels and all the gear needed plus being able to have a bbq on the balcony was a bonus. The outdoor pool was still quite cold but we used the indoor one most days with my 8 month old. Communication was great between both Orla and her management team to change towels/sheets and discuss checking out. Definitely reccomend and hope to return!

In need of updating

On arrival there was scaffolding outside the apartment block including outside the apartment itself. On two occasions there was a workman on our balcony outside the main bedroom at 8:00 in the morning. At no time had we been informed about this. The inside of the apartment was clean, although the balcony and outside furniture was dirty. As has been said on numerous occasions, the sofas are badly in need of replacing; not only are they peeling, but one of them is held together with gaffer tape. The TV remote doesn't work properly and we couldn't follow the operating instructions. We were informed a few days before arrival that the bath in the en suite bathroom was leaking and couldn't be replaced for two weeks, so the shower was unusable. Being just the two of us it wasn't a problem, but for four people it could be an issue (I only mention it in case it hasn't been fixed). I sent a message to Orla expressing my disappointment, but she didn't respond. This is far from a luxury apartment. With some updating it could be, but I feel it is overpriced for what you get.

Convenient, spacious and quiet

Very spacious and clean apartment with a wonderful deck, very quiet and good location. Grocery store one block from the apartment. The indoor and outdoor pools were a bonus. The deck had ample deck furniture and a clothe drying rack. Definitely, we would stay there again.

Family vacation 2023

This property is very spacious and well maintained. The view from the penthouse was amazing overlooking the town of Lagos. The location of this property is fantastic. You are able to walk to many stores,restaurants,beaches and bars within 20 to 30 from the apartment. The owner was very knowledgeable and easy to get hold of whenever we had any questions about the area. My family and I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in this area

The wrap around balcony was nice. Apartment was spacious in a good neighborhood. Apartment was accessed without our knowledge or acknowledgement from owner it occurred. Apartment has not had required maintenance in several years. (Bathroom fan, rocking toilet, black mold, one door does not lock, kitchen cabinet door lifts).

Location Location! Great apartment on the top floor; close to old town , restaurants,l and marina!

We loved our stay in this apartment, penthouse with huge patios on two sides ; close to absolutely everything Lagos has to offer. Fantastic butcher shop on the next street called Talho Lusitanio if you r cooking in. There is a little charcoal Bbque that we used for burgers , steak and Turkey burgers fr the meat shop. So nice to have your own cooking as we were in Lagos for an extended period! Can’t say enough about the apartment, it’s huge,nice and clean with cleaning service every week. Change of sheets towels etc Nice little cafe just outside the main door. There is a pool and a gym; didn’t use the pool, gym adequate but no High End Machines if that’s what you r looking for. Would definitely book in again. Yes the couch is a bit used up ; ignore that and get out into the beauty of Portugal. Lots of great hiking to do! Try the boardwalk, it’s a great way to see some of the coast line!
