Awesome Villa in a premium location with views to the golf course

Awesome Villa in a premium location with views to the golf course. We were a group of three families with kids and the villa offered more than enough space as well as great amenities like a barbecue grillping pong table. Communication with the hosts was also magnificent. 05/05/24

Perfect for a group golf trip

The property is perfect for a group golf trip of 6 people. The property could do with some updating but is a great base for the golf courses and local beach.

Einige Schönheitsfehler

Das Gute vorweg. Die Betreuerin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liegt in einer sehr schönen Golfanlage. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg und wirklich sehr schön. Der Pool vorm Haus ist ausreichend groß. Weniger gut war allerdings, dass das Wasser anfangs mal lief, mal nicht, je nachdem ob der Pool gerade gefüllt wurde. Nachdem man uns dies gesagt hat, war es aber auch kein Problem mehr. Zudem ging leider das Internet nicht, was aber vor Ort von der netten Betreuerin in Eigenregie (sie kaufte einen 5G NOS Router) am selben Tag gelöst wurde. Dennoch hätte man das vorher abklären können. Ab Donnerstag ging dann das Erdgas aus, so dass weder der Herd funktionierte noch warmes Wasser lief. Darüber hinaus wäre eine Renovierung der Küche als auch der Duschen aus unserer Sicht dringend angezeigt. Deren Zustand passte nicht zum Gesamteindruck des ansonsten positiven Gebäudes.

Fab stay!

We had a great stay at this villa as a party of 8. Tomàs was our contact at Home Away and he was fantastic from checking in to dealing with a couple of issues that we had whilst we were there. The resort is a great location for a golf break but further out than we thought for the nearest beach and town but this wasn’t a problem. The only downside was an attempted break in whilst we were there so the safe is well worth making good use of for your valuables. I would recommend this villa for a big party of family and friends

Excellent stay

Cannot recommend this property enough. Exactly as described and the service received from the agent, Patricia, was exemplary. Very quiet location backing onto golf course with fantastic beaches a short ride away. Close to very good restaurants and bars. Villa spacious and comfy and pool is excellent.

Huis is groot en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het huis is wel oud(er) en niet meer in de nieuwste staat. Er waren erg veel mieren aanwezig en het zwembad was erg koud. Verder zijn we prima geholpen door Miguel en hebben we 5 goede dagen gehad. Ik zou er niet meer terugkeren, maar voor 1 keer was het in orde

Mooie ruime Woning

Woning is voor kleine kinderen rond 1 jaar en jonger niet vriendelijk ivm verschillende niveaus in de woning. Trap hekjes zou een uitkomst zijn. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad en een mooie woning. Faciliteiten op het park wij misten erg een speeltuin. ( vier jonge kinderen ).

La casa es amplia y cómoda pero las fotos son de cuando estaba mucho más nueva

El entorno es muy tranquilo,pero la casa tiene carencias,y algunas cosas que no corresponden al precio y al lujo que ofrece. Y la playa ,siendo maravillosa ,está masificada.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Very warm welcome to the Villa from Joanna who showed us around the splendid and spacious house. Only 6 of us in the party as two had to call off, so we had a bathroom each, but would have been fine for 8 as well.. Clean and comfortable - we were all more than happy. Great location, not far from shops and restaurant/bar. Golf courses were very good - best to book online for keenest prices. Only downside was the dogs - next door, on the course, in the neighbourhood...barking and barking ..not good and spoilt the tranquility . Not the villa owners fault but the site's management need to act !!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sauber!!

Das Haus ist wirklich schön! Der Pool ist leider hauptsächlich im Schatten, aber das Meer ist 5 Autominuten entfernt und der Strand ist schön! Super ausgestattete Küche. Etwas hellhörig, wenn man unten sitzt, denn nach oben gibt es keine Tür und es ist offen. Alles war sehr sauber. Man kann die Fenster gut abdunkeln. Die Kommunikation mit dem Haus-Manager war super! Er war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, war er am selben Tag noch da! Mit Kinder auch gut geeignet!

A wonderful, spacious, comfortable villa.

We had a great week in Villa Aster. The villa is large and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely quiet area. Terrace and swimming pool were great with beautiful views over the golf course. Very close to the communal facilities. The main swimming pool on the complex is beautiful and not expensive to enter and we spent time there. The restaurant at the entrance to the estate was also excellent with a wide range of food and a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. The supermarket was well stocked and reasonably priced - infinitely better than the local alternatives (Lidl and Aldi - don't bother with them). The local beaches were incredible and only 5 mins away by car - huge expanse of soft sand, and very family friendly. Lots of good eating places along the beach. Easy to get back into Lisbon for a day trip - only took 40 minutes by car. The agents - Allure Villas - were very nice to deal with and sorted out any issues very quickly, and gave good advice about the local area. We would definitely return.
