Your reservation with us did not include any parking fees. The Oasis requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA. In your check in email from Alabama Getaway you will find a link to register and purchase your parking passes from The Oasis HOA.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE

All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK

As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* No pets allowed.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.

* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.

* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by PW2 security.

Brown Family Vacation

The property was just as listed! Beautiful views from every room! The balcony was amazing, but since we were there in January, the coldest week of the year, we couldn't sit out there long because it was chilly. There was everything needed to cook meals and plenty of seating to enjoy them. The only 2 issues we had which were minor were as follows: the Keurig didn't get coffee hot enough and the plug for the electric recliner was nowhere to be found! They did have a second coffee pot so we used that one instead. I only wanted to use the recliner once the whole time we were there so that was no biggie. The elevator and parking were not bad like some other reviews stated. This is our 3rd trip to Phoenix West II and have enjoyed this facility and all they have to offer.

BEAUTIFUL! Just bring your own pillows.

Beautiful property with STUNNING views of the ocean in each room. Property was pristinely clean when we arrived, and each room was just as listed online. My only issues are check in is very late while check out is early, and the pillows are horrible & beds are alright. 2 of us had very bad neck aches. So make sure to not forget your pillow! Besides that, the amenities are wonderful, the wrap around balcony is stunning, and I would stay here again!! Easily slept 10 people. Great staff to connect with. They helped us when we forgot something. 10/10 would recommend this property again and again!

Rooms with a View

Beautiful location and fabulous views from each of the 4 bedrooms as well as the living area and the outdoor patio/porch. Everyone enjoyed the spacious accommodations. The beach and amenities were very nice as well. Probably would be nice to check that all is operational and in top notch condition. The kitchen sink handle was a little katiwompus. Although it worked, it needs to be replaced. The washing machine was not operable as well. These glitches should be worked on beforehand for such an otherwise nice facility. (Bring some pillows as well).

Perfect spot!

The condo was gorgeous and well suited to our needs. Parking was easy and close to elevators. Large heated indoor pool with hot tubs, outdoor pool and lazy river were not heated because we were there in the off season. Steps to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. A few within walking distance, but not many. Calls for help with technical issues and missing household items were answered within 24 hours. We would return to this unit without question.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. The pillows were a little flat for my liking but otherwise beds were comfortable. Would be nice if there were beach chairs people could use for a couple hours when Ike’s Beach Service is closed. We would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The four bedroom 5 baths gave each of us privacy while the large living space allowed us to hang out together. Absolutely the best!!!

Everything was just as the pics! Great location! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfy as well. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. Our only draw back which was not related to the condo was the black flies on the beach and at the pool. Will definitely be back!!!

Great condo and even better host!

Our unit was even better than the description. Each bedroom has a gulf view and balcony. Beds were very comfortable, may want to bring your own pillow though. The communication with Abby (host contact) was amazing. We will definitely be back to rent from the host again.

We loved the condo and the beach! Plenty of room and beautiful view! Only complaint was the long wait for the elevators. One elevator was completely out of service and during busy times, it was a long wait.

First vacation in years for our family

This is now one of our favorite vacations. The condo was so incredibly clean and the layout was super functional. The views were amazing. The amenities at Pheonix but also in our condo completely spoiled us. The beds were comfortable and had real pillows. The towels were actuully big and thick unlike some hotels. We are all in the medical field and commented on how clean the condo was and how that helped us relax even more. Our children loved the lazy river. The facility was full but having the 2 pools, splash pad and beach gave everyone enough room to have fun without feeling crowded. Elevator waiting an be excessive. We took the stairs a lot. Loved this place and will rent again!
