L'appartamento è in ottima posizione su una delle ...
L'appartamento è in ottima posizione su una delle più belle zone dell’isola. A piedi si raggiungono già delle belle baie su cui si trovano sia tranquillità, sia servizi con bar, sdraio, etc. C’è un piccolo supermercato a circa 300 metri con il minimo necessario, ma in auto a 4 km c’è un supermercato (Tommy Market) con tutto quello che serve. L’auto può essere parcheggiata davanti perlopiù all’ombra. Venendo all’appartamento cominciano le note dolenti. Si tratta di un locale complessivamente spazioso ma vecchio e distribuito male. Tantissimo spazio nelle camere e nei due terrazzi, ma molto molto poco nei bagni ed in cucina. Nonostante la proprietaria sia stata molto gentile, abbiamo trovato un locale sporco, c’era polvere di mesi sul pavimento lungo i bordi dei letti, e non voglio immaginare sopra il mobili. Ragnatele e vetri sporchi indicano che le pulizie vengono fatte velocemente e in modo approssimativo. Anche nei bagni non c’era traccia di pulizia. A parte la dimensione, veramente piccola, 3mq e 2mq!, le tende delle docce erano vecchie e logore, c’era odore di fogna, il water si muoveva, c’era un attaccapanni solo dove potevi appendere un accappatoio e basta, la doccetta non potevi appenderla quindi ti dovevi lavare tenendola in mano. L’acqua calda andava e veniva, anche se bisogna dire che non siamo mai rimasti completamente senza. Anche la cucina era misera. Tre fornelli di cui uno solo grande e un lavello con un buco in posizione d’angolo. Fare i piatti non era molto pratico. Ma il peggio era che abbiamo prenotato per 6 (due famiglie) e c’erano 5 forchette, i bicchieri tutti diversi, nessuna tazzina da caffè, tazze da colazione di forme e formati diversi, così pure i bicchieri. Le stoviglie erano assolutamente inadeguate per cucinare per 6 persone. Per fortuna il meteo ci ha consentito di mangiare sempre in terrazzo, perché il tavolo e lo spazio in cucina non sarebbe stato sufficiente per 6 persone. Per quanto riguarda il wifi esso andava e veniva, avevamo moltissime volte problemi di connessione anche nei punti dove prendeva (non su tutto l’appartamento comunque).Ci siamo accordi che in uno dei due terrazzi, la ringhiera per come è costruita, non proteggeva dalla caduta un bambino piccolo, quindi attenzione! In definitiva non consiglierei questo appartamento ad un amico, e io di sicuro a queste condizioni non ci tornerei. :(
