The upper floor has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. Both have access to a pleasant terrace.
The ground floor has two living areas, a modern fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area.
Other 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 beds), are on this floor.

Its spacious garden terraces and large private swimming pool make it an ideal place to enjoy a good holiday.

Oben hat is 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 Bädern. Beide haben Zugang zu einer gemütlichen Terrasse.

Stunning villa in a quiet village near Palma

The pictures definitely undersell the property, it is a lot bigger than we expected! Great pool and facilities, some food and drink were left for us too. My group didn’t get a car which was definitely one down side but the bus to Palma is very easy, cheap and regular enough so we managed ok!

Casa Roja

Beautiful eclectic house in Genova, 5-10 minutes from beach and city. House is two floors with nice art work and really funky interiors. Great pool in the back with gated driveway. Owners were really responsive. We had a great week here during our wedding. Thanks again! I

Amazing House

Beautiful villa in Palma

A group of us stayed here for a friend’s wedding in May 2022. The villa is beautiful, spotless and in a great location. Plenty of room for us all and a great outside area. Check in was smooth and accommodating considering our flight was a few hours late and we arrived at about 2am. Definitely recommend!

Casa perfecta para viaje de amigos

La casa dispone de todas las utilidades. Ubicación perfecta a escasos minutos de Palma. El anfitrión es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier cosa. Repetiría este alojamiento en futuras vacaciones en la isla.

Great villa stay

Well stocked villa for plates cutlery etc plenty towels nice welcome pack. Neighbourhood residential but 3 good restaurants within a few hundred years. Bus at bottom of hill takes you to Palma €1.50 each way takes about 15 mins to centre. Pool area secluded and plenty sun beds and chairs. Good eating out space with BBQ. Would go back to this villa

Ein Haus was nicht der Internet Beschreibung entsprach. Zudem war es schmutzig und sehr renovierung

Es gab nicht 2 Badezimmer mit Wanne u Bidet. Nur eine Wanne. Die Fliesen übergestrichen, teilweise blätterte die Farbe ab. Das zweite Badezimmer war eine schmale Dusche u ein Waschbecken. Die 2unteren Duschgelegenheiten wurden sehr sehr klein. Ein Boden war blanker Beton. Die Schlafzimmer waren z T ohne Schrank. Die Schränke beherbergten etliches Privates und Ess u Küchenutensielien zusammen gewürfelt u dreckig u verbraucht. Wir vermuten ein Privathaus zur Vermietung frei gezogen. Wir finden dafür den Preis überzogen u fühlen uns schon betrogen. Das ist kein Objekt zum Vermieten u Bedarf ihrerseits eine Überprüfung.

Peaceful, relaxing retreat

Great location, very easy to get in and out of Palma and to make day trips from Palma (the highway is close by). Beautiful space.

Amazing Villa!

Absolutely fantastic Villa with everything and more you could want! The Villa is in a great location for relaxing, shopping and fabulous local resturaunts , within a few minutes of Palma, Portals Nous and a short walk to Cala Major beach. Extremely well decorated, well maintained with style and personality and very spacious both inside and out. The pool and terraces were amazing and perfect for all the family for all times of day. Great facilities with well stocked cupboards, books , games and music to enjoy. The owner was incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout ! We shall definitely be returning to this exceptional Villa can not recommend enough!
