About this property
NORDIC STYLE STUDIO CLOSE TO THE BEACH
Lovely studio (25 m2) with beautiful mountains views and sunsets, very bright (afternoon sun), vintage Nordic design, newly renovated fully, with an excellent location: just 3 minutes walk from the beach (170m), and next to the Paloma Park. It has 3 communal swimming pools, and gardens.
Its a 6 floor.
Accommodation
The accommodation has all kinds of amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, vitroceramic hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
- Private bathroom complete with vintage style shower tray. Towels and shampoo are included. Hair dryer, too.
- Sofa-bed design Italian opening with comfortable mattress 140x200m, and visco elastic pillows, for a guaranteed rest. Are included sheets, bedspread, blanket.
- Space with round dining table and two armchairs, of Nordic decoration, with beautiful clear views to the mountain, and lateral to the sea.
- 49 "led TV with Smart TV. Posibiilty to connect Netflix account.
- Includes free WIFI excellent speed. Fiber 50 MB.
- Air conditioning hot / cold.
- Includes umbrella and towels for the beach.
- Iron and ironing board.

It is in building with 3 communal swimming pools, and zone of gardens. (Pools opened from June to late September)
Supermarket in the same building (opened only summer), and Supermarket Más only 5 min walking.
