One immediately feels at home at Skinny Dippin. The home features creamy white interiors and lovely porches that give it an old Florida style. Talk a walk up to the observation turret for a peak-a-boo view of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Skinny Dippin is located in the lovely Gulfside Cottages. The neighborhood features a charming community pool, and beach access just down the street. No major streets to cross to get to the beach from this home!

Northwest Florida is home to two distinctly different world-class beach vacation destinations. The first is Destin – filled with excitement, family attractions, shopping, dining, fishing, vibrant nightlife and, of course, white sand beaches. The other is South Walton – home to the same breathtaking beaches but with greater focus on the preservation of nature and with intentionally less development. Miramar Beach is positioned between Destin and South Walton, making it the ideal destination to experience the best of both worlds. While the draw of its neighbors is strong, visitors of Miramar Beach may choose not to leave this oasis. Perfectly situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay, fishermen and water sport enthusiasts will have plenty of options to indulge here. Off the water, guests will enjoy shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet mall – Silver Sands Premium Outlets. In addition to Silver Sands, other premier shopping and entertainment options include Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Fresh seafood eateries are scattered throughout Miramar Beach and the famed Scenic Gulf Drive offers several locations with exceptional beachfront dining.

Great getaway!
Our group of 7 fit perfectly and comfortably in this beach house! There was a short path to the quiet beach, which was great for us. The house was clean and accurate with the pictures. Great place for families and friends!

Fantastic beach vacation
Wonderful property so close to the beach. Perfect for our family from teens to little ones. Very short walkway to the wonderful beach that was not over populated at all ! We rented chairs and umbrellas set up for us daily. Kitchen fully stocked. Gas Grill available. Thanks for a great family vacation and lots of memories.

Overall it was very nice. No major problems. Thanks it was much nicer than staying in a hotel.
There was plenty of space and accommodations for us. They had pretty much everything we could use. 3rd floor bedroom was a little warm and bed on 2nd floor was a little uncomfortable, but everything else was great. Access to the beach and pool was nice. Not right on the beach but close enough. If I had any questions they responded quickly with a solution. Check in and check out was easy. Wish we could have stayed one more night!

Amazing family vacation!
Great family vacation! We had 4 generations — from my mother in law, to our adults kids, and 2 little grand babies. Skinny Dippin was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. Fantastic location for restaurants and shopping, felt very safe and of course such an easy walk to the beach. Check in, check out and communication was easy! Definitely recommend Skinny Dippin and Ocean Reef!

We enjoyed our stay at Skinny Dippin. Short walk to the beach and house was very nice. Only complaint is the vent returns were extremely dirty and built up with dust. Other than that, loved the stay and check in and out was easy!

Nice home, great beach
Great vacation spot. The white sand beaches and clear water were delightful. We enjoyed our time here at Miramar Beach. There is easy access to the beach and to the pool (which is a few houses down). It is a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we found just about everything we needed to make cooking easy. My only recommendation to the owners would be more seating in the dining area so that large groups could eat together. We called in a request to fix an outside stair and someone came within a couple of hours of the phone call. I would recommend it for families with children over the age of 4. We had three children under 2 and it was not always easy to ensure the quiet that they needed during nap time. I would come back for another stay.
