Bewertung Villa Leonidora September 2023 Besuch 4 Freundinnen 60 plus

Sehr schwierig und ohne Begleitung eines Guards nicht zu finden. Lage aber wunderschön. Küche könnte sauberer sein. Küchenausstattung, z.B. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist angeblich für 8 Personen, es gibt aber nicht einmal 4 gleiche Tassen, eher Studentenbudenniveau. Betten sehr einfach. Man kann für wenig Geld die Ausstattung wesentlich verbessern. Balkonmöbel nicht ausreichend und sehr basic. Lage und Assicht vom Balkon wunderschön.

Das Anwesen und die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Leider ist der Strand in der Nähe der Villa nicht so schön, aber an der Küste in der Nähe sind schöne Strände. In der Wohnung hat man alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, wenn es funktioniert. Hatten leider 5 Tage kein WLAN.

Arenzano - enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt, die obere Wohnungseinrichtung lässt absolut zu wünschen übrig, Esstisch Fliesen locker und kaputt, 2. Badezimmer Schimmel an der Decke, Gartenmöbel wie vom Sperrmüll ,schmutzig und so was von unbequem. Hundehaare auf dem Sofa und den Kissen usw., Baustellenblick nach vorne und Baustelle zur rechten Seite mit ganz ganz viel Baustellenlärm - wir hatten nur 5 Nächte gebucht, sind aber freiwillig 1 Tag früher abgereist!!! Werde sicherlich dieses Objekt nie wieder buchen! Eigentlich müssten wir Schadensersatz wegen nicht Information des Baustellenlärmes einfordern!

Vacanza rilassante in un bellissimo appartamento con vista splendida

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni a Natale. L'appartamento è bellissimo, comodo, funzionale, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire o rendere gradevole la vacanza a ragazzi, adulti e nonni. Il terrazzo si affaccia sul mare, con una bellissima vista. Purtroppo ha piovuto quasi sempre e non siamo riuscit a sfruttarlo a dovere. La zona è tranquillissima, i materassi comodi e si dorme d'incanto. Si possono fare molte gradevoli passeggiate adatte a tutti. Per noi esperienza da ripetere!

Ein Traum über dem Meer

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer gated community ca. 40 m über dem Meer. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Die ruhige Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was der Feriengast braucht. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, sind Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, da durch die Baume neben dem Haus viele Mücken unterwegs waren. Ein kleiner Laden in der Community, gut 5 min zu Fuss entfernt, bietet morgens leckere Brötchen und abends Pizza. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, ich wünschte, wir hätten länger bleiben können. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Casa bella con vista spettacolare, ma ................

Ma per andare al mare ci sono 300 scalini da fare e un ascensore; per raggiungere una spiaggia a sassi con servizi minimi e per avere alle spalle una brutta, enorme, costruzione abbandonata, anni 50, che non è proprio un bel vedere!

Großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch toll waren die zwei Badezimmer (inkl. Waschmaschine). Das Highlight war jedoch der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer! Der freundliche Gastgeber hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Casa bella, vista da sogno, gestori bravissimi

Casa bella e spaziosa, balcone con vista spettacolare sul mare, contesto meraviglioso. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni davvero piacevoli in questa casa Elio che fa parte di una grande villa con un bel giardino. I ragazzi che la gestiscono sono stati super simpatici e premurosi e ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di prosecco e patatine come benvenuto. Asciugamani e lenzuola puliti e profumati e barbecue nuovo a disposizione. Una vacanza ben riuscita. Unica nota non dico negativa ma che ha tolto un po’ di perfezione, è che sotto il balcone della casa, che comunque non è piccolo, c’è una mega terrazza da mille e una notte, che però fa parte dell’altro appartamento della villa. Un po’ di invidia c’è stata :-)
