Beautiful stone villa recently renovated (2017) and equipped with every comfort. The villa develops on two levels. Garden on three sides and terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Parking space for one car.
Ground floor: living area consisting of lounge with sofas and flat screen TV; dining area with kitchen complete with American fridge with ice maker, oven, dishwasher and table for breakfast and quick meals; pantry with washing machine.
Upper floor: sleeping area: 4 rooms, three of which with double bed and one with bunk beds; 4 bathrooms including three with direct access from the room.
Outdoor area: garden of about 350 square meters including terrace in front of the living room.
The villa overlooks the "Tagliata" beach which is a 5 minute walk away and 2 kilometers from the "Feniglia" beach.
