Il soggiorno è stato piacevole! La casa è piccola, ma molto accogliente e ben organizzata. Non manca nulla: c'è tutto il necessario per una vacanza comoda e rilassante. Zona giardino con piscina molto bella:)

Vorsicht beim buchen

Ich kann diese Unterkunft und den Vermieter in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen. Wir haben damals die obere Wohnung mit dem Balkon gebucht. Diese wurde mir vom Vermieter auch zugesagt, da wir lediglich am dieser Wohnung interessiert waren. Als wir dann angekommen sind, war der Vermieter nicht einmal selbst vor Ort. Er hat irgendjemanden geschickt der sich dort überhaupt nicht auskannte, dieser junge Mann führte uns dann in einen Keller. Es gab lediglich ein wenig Tageslicht durch die Kellertür. Es war ein kleines Appartement, die Schranktüren waren kaum zu öffnen, Spinnenweben an den Wänden. Die Lage und der Ort waren super. Aber dieser Aufenthalt hat unsere Lust auf Italien erledigt. Auch von der Internetseite worüber wir gebucht haben, gab es nicht viel Support.

Un soggiorno al buio

Apro subito un contenzioso per l'appartamento che speravo fosse molto diverso. Mi sono trovata un locale sotterraneo, con tanto di scale per scendere e entrata in una stanza senza finestre, dove si trova un letto mini matrimoniale, cucina con piastra induzione, una mini TV lontana dal letto, un tavolo rotondo stile giardino (pochissimo spazio per mangiare), una porta bagno con finestra che da su uno interrato sporchissimo. L'angoscia di dormire sottoterra è indescrivibile, per chi soffre di attacchi di panico non lo consiglio affatto e non so se appartamento è a norma. Ho riferito al proprietario che era suo dovere segnalare che tipo di monolocale affitta e dove sono messi. scoprirlo così è stato uno shock. Ho trascorso ben 9 notti e ho chiesto di andare al piano superiore (unico appartamento alla luce credo) ma non è stato possibile.. Non avrei MAI preso in affitto per 9 notti un posto sottoterra. Lamento mancanza di teli bagno per doccia; avuto solo teli viso; lamento poca attrezzatura cucina (una sola tazza per colazione tipo mug); lenzuola usurate, un solo strofinaccio cucina, frigorifero troppo piccolo, c'è colonna per averne uno normale. Ho fatto foto che testimoniano questo monolocale e vorrei condividerle. Il soggiorno in questa struttura non merita il prezzo che viene richiesto, e a prescindere il proprietario deve assolutamente indicare come è posizionato l'appartamento. SOGGIORNO NEGATIVO.

Tutto stupendo !

Piccolo e tranquillo residence , appartamenti pulitissimi e attrezzati , bella piscina . La posizione ottima per arrivare A piedi alla spiaggia in pochi minuti . Supermercati , bar , ristoranti e farmacia vicini alla struttura . Il proprietario, il Sig. Pericle , gentilissimo e Sempre disponibilissimo . Nel complesso Voto 10 !!!!!
