Open plan kitchen with fully integrated appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine and dryer)and living area with modern furnishings lead onto private garden with incredible sea views. Patio has gas Webber with dining table and loungers in garden area for ale resci meals. Sun sets directly in front of apartment.
There is underfloor and wall heating for the winter months and Aircon for the summer.
