This new villa has a breathtaking view of the surrounding volcanoes, golf course, ocean, and sunsets from the lanai. From the spacious living room, to the oversized baths, you are greeted with a tropical feeling of Hawaii the minute you walk in the door. The elegant decor is accented with many teakwood pieces throughout the home. The gourmet kitchen offers state of the art appliances, formal dining for four, and 3 counter stools. The living room has an HD flat screen TV with over 70 channels and a Blue Ray/DVD player. The sectional sofa has a pull out bed that will sleep two. The master suite boasts a California Kiing bed and stunning views of the golf course. The oversized master bath has a large walk-in shower & a separate deep bathtub for soaking. The second bedroom has two single beds that can also be made up as king upon request. For your convenience, each bedroom is equipped with a HD flat screen TV, DVD player & cable. The home offers a desk space with computer desk, 2 drawer file cabinet, office supplies, wi-fi printer and free high-speed internet access.

Though you may want to spend all your time relaxing in the villa or enjoying the ambiance of the resort, you are just minutes away from the best the Big Island has to offer. The adjacent Hilton features six restaurants, the famous Kohala Spa, white sand beaches of Anaeho-omalu Bay and swimming with dolphins. You are within walking distant of the King's Place and Queen's Place shops which carry an assortment of fine dining including nationally renown Roy's steak house and Merriman Cafe. Lovely Condo

Beautiful oasis 🌺

Hali’i Kai is not inexpensive but it is worth the price! It has the best location on the island, near beautiful resorts and beaches (Maniniowali, Kauna’oa and Hapuna are out of this world)!! There is a $25 fee daily for the pool and restaurant use but that, too, is worth it! The 180+ degree view of the ocean from the pool is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular! The pool is lovely although it only gets 4 feet deep. The chef at the restaurant is incredible and makes delicious food! Kathy is a great server- very attentive and friendly. The 3D condo itself is tastefully decorated and comfortable (although an extra arm chair would be great). The views from the lanai are amazing and the grounds are meticulously cared for! I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The pool was great and the views were unmatched! We had an amazing time watching whales and gorgeous sunsets. The location made it easy to go out and about during the day and come back and relax in the evening. My only complaint is that I’m allergic to fragrance so the sheets caused a reaction due to being washed in scented laundry detergent. The pillows were also extremely flat. Those two things did not diminish the incredible time our family had on the Big Island!

Enjoyed Every Minute

3D was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, clean and has all the necessities we needed. Including the nice beach umbrella and chairs. The club house had excellent views situated on a bluff. Perfect for watching the sunset while having a nice dinner and listening to live Hawaiian music. Super relaxing to say the least.

Great unit for a family!

There was enough space to spread out and relax, and also easy access for the kids to get outside and run around, swim, and play tennis. The activity closet included everything we needed to enjoy the ocean. Sitting out on the deck watching golfers or the sunset was a favorite activity for all of us. We would 100% recommend this unit to friends.

Beautiful Location

We absolutely loved our stay in your unit! The place was very nice and clean. The patio with the indoor/outdoor living was perfect for letting the breeze in and enjoying the tropical view! The pool, gym and restaurant was also conveniently located. The unit was also stocked with all the beach essentials we needed, very convenient! THANK You! There was also an umbrella for the beach that came in handy for my mom who dislikes being in direct sun. The only negative is my 9 year old felt he couldn’t “truly” enjoy the pool. The staff commented to him several times to be quiet or not to do this and that. When in actuality he was just being a kid. We understand though since the majority of the people there are retirees and are there for peace and quiet. With that said, I think this location is ideal for real adult R&R and no so much for families with young kids. My husband and I can’t wait to go back for some adult time! Thank you!

Paradise In Paradise

The Big Island is already a beautiful, incredible, experience. But to have such a wonderful property as a base camp just makes it so much better. The property is gorgeous, and the unit itself is plenty large enough for the four of us to spread out and relax. Having everything we need ready for us contributed to what was a perfect vacation.

Another Great Stay at Hali'i Kai

This is our 3rd stay within the Hali'i Kai complex and our first in unit 3D. The pool at the complex can't be beat for relaxing, having a drink and watching the whales. The unit was wonderfully clean, comfortable and well stocked for both cooking and going to the beach. Having beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and a small cooler provided by the owners is always a plus and made our stay that much more relaxed as we didn't have to run about renting beach gear. Our only need was a lighter weight blanket for the master bedroom but we made do. We'll definitely be back to this unit!

Lovely Stay at 3D

Enjoyed watching the golfers dig their way out of the sand trap, as well as watching all the bird life - saffron finches, nenes, Java sparrows, and more from the lanai. Ocean club is a short walk and has an excellent restaurant. The beach chairs in the unit have seen better days and are starting to fail. However, that’s an easy fix and everything else was great. Have already booked next year.

Quite, Gated Condo With Peekaboo Ocean View

Favorite place I’ve stayed so far

We just finished an amazing family vacation and the condo was a huge part of the success of our trip. It was spacious and quiet with easy access to resorts and snorkeling. One of my favorite things was enjoying the breezes and views from the lanai. The kitchen was well equipped (I loved the rice cooker!) and having a washer and dryer was so nice. We enjoyed sunsets from the community pool as well. I would love to stay here again!
