Spacious 7 bedroom house situated in the green heart of France not far from St Gervais d'Auvergne, close to the chain of vulcanos. There are plenty of lakes and activities, swimming, fishing, picnicking along the river the Sioule. The house has 4 bathrooms & toilets, large livingroom with fireplace, tv-lounge, wifi and flatscreen/dvd, fully equipted kitchen & 2 terraces with outdoor kitchen with bbq, & elecric plancher. Size of the garden 1500m2.There is an adundance of comfortable garden furniture, a large hand made wooden table (20), another under the nut tree.(smaller)Indoor heated pool, 31 degree( with a jet-swim & surround sound, blue tooth music),leads on to patio. indoor pool-table & games room.Indoor cinema(15seats) room.

Nous avons passés un superbe week-end entre amis dans ce gîte. La piscine intérieure, le billard, la baby-foot, les fléchettes sont des supers atouts. Le parc était immense avec luge d'été. Nous avons profités de l'extérieur un maximum et de cette table immense. Je recommande et nous reviendront. Merci

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette magnifique maison à l'occasion d'une réunion de famille. La maison est très bien équipée avec des chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. L'espace loisir avec cinema, billard et piscine a ravi tout le monde ! Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur puisque nous sommes en hiver mais avons observé que la propriété dispose d'atouts certains. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte.

Très bonne location

La maison est conforme à l’annonce et nous avons été agréablement surpris par tous les équipements proposés par l’hôte. Paradis des enfants avec des jeux intérieurs et extérieurs. Salle de jeux au top (dommage qu’elle soit pas plus lumineuse) et la salle de cinéma a conquis les enfants ! Seul bémol pour nous, la chaleur dans cette salle de jeux et les chambres du deuxième étage mais la clim devrait être posée prochainement. Chambres très spacieuses, et literie parfaite. Bon juste le fait que ça soit des rideaux et pas des volets nous a un peu dérangé mais rien de grave on a trouvé des solutions. Hôte très réactive et sympathique. C’est un peu loin de tout mais on déconnecte !

Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et heureusement car malheureusement leur chaudière est tombée en panne alors ils nous ont apporté des radiateurs pour remédier à ce problème Séjour agréable

Maison très bien aménagée et pensée pour le bien-être des locataires. Intérieur comme extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré la luge d'été dans le jardin comme la salle de jeux intérieure. Gîte très bien équipé pour un groupe d'amis ou pour une famille nombreuse. Sa localisation permet une première découverte de la région Auvergne. Les installations permettent également un séjour de détente. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème car Gillian est très à l'écoute et réactive.

Très bon accueil de Gillian et super réactivité suite à nos besoins .Nous avions 4 enfants qui étaient aux anges devant le choix des activités accessibles. Je recommande fortement pour une grande tribu et ce doit être encore plus bluffant en haute saison.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la location. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de souci. Les enfants peuvent profiter d'un espace dédié et de la piscine ainsi que d'un extérieur avec des jeux divers si le temps le permet. Nous recommandons vivement.
