Villa Fiorentina is the ideal place for a relaxing break immersed in nature. The Villa is surrounded by an olive grove of over two acres and enjoys stunning views of the nearby medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino. It was recently renovated by the owners who have personally followed the work to create a modern and welcoming environment, having in mind a property which can meet the needs of both children and adults.
The outdoor areas are spacious and well-kept, you arrive at the villa passing through the olive groves, along the driveway leading to the private parking. The villa develops on one floor and can accommodate up to 6 people; it overlooks directly the beautiful swimming pool (11x5 m - maximum depth 1,80 m - open from 01/05 to 15/10) complete with sun loungers, parasols and a sun deck to enjoy the Tuscan sun in peace and tranquility.
Also on the outside was set up a nice large veranda with table and benches and thanks to the nearby barbecue it will be the ideal place to enjoy your meals outdoors. A sofa and armchairs complete the porch as a small sitting area.
Villa Fiorentina pays special attention to your children: in fact, the owners have created spaces designed for their enjoyment by including in the property a nice futsal and beach volley field which will give your kids some carefree moments and why not, also the adults!

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villa Fiorentina has a modern interior and furnishings with elegant details and valuable elements, such as the beautiful wooden floors and exposed beams that create a pleasant atmosphere and a connection between rustic and modern.
The villa has two main entrances, one which opens onto the beautiful living room where there is a beautiful fireplace, satellite TV and sofa, and another that directly overlooks the beautiful and modern kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher,oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), complete with dining table. The living room and kitchen are part of one large room, from where you continue on to a corridor leading to the rooms and bathrooms.
The first bedroom is a twin consisting of a bunk bed, designed for the little ones.
The second is a double bedroom, spacious and bright and an en-suite bathroom with buthtub. In this room there is also a small room where the washing machine is located and an additional fridge.
The last one is a bedroom with double bed (convertible into two single beds) equipped with a french window with access to the outside.
Along the corridor there is a second bathroom with shower.
