This unit comes with 25' of dock space located in Buccaneer Canal #76 to park your boat (off-site trailer parking available for a fee). Sound front master bedroom with 32" Flat screen LCD TV and private door leading to covered deck with furniture. 2nd bedroom also has Flat Screen TV. Full-size Convert-a-Sofa in living area. The condo contains a 39" flat screen in living room with DVD player, wireless high-speed internet, covered deck with furniture, and outdoor shower. Property is located in building directly across from fitness center. Panoramic view of Roanoke Sound from master bedroom, living room, dining area and covered deck. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Saturday turnover.
