beautiful villa

Stayed for 6 days with another couple, perfect location for day trips (Noto, Modiga and Ortigia) nice outdoor space, rooms are spacious and villa was spotless with lovely lemon, olive and almond orchards. Communication was easy with Sando the property manager our only recommendation would be upgrading bathroom (showers are really small) and beds were a little too firm. If you like privacy with all the conveniences this is the place.

Beautiful property near historic town

Exactly as shown on website. beautiful relaxing spotless pool. Overall well equipped. Town of Noto was lively and interesting with great restaurants. Minor issues: no spices, poor quality pans for cooking, no dishwasher or laundry detergent supplied. Definitely recommend, but be prepared for suboptimal cooking situation.

Heerlijke plek!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit huis wat een enorme privacy heeft en op een rustige plek ligt, dichtbij het mooie Noto. Ivan communiceert heel makkelijk, net als Giovanni, zijn man ter plaatse. Het enige wat niet overeenkomt zijn de foto’s van het uitzicht. Inmiddels staan er bij het zwembad grote bomen/struiken die het vrije uitzicht grotendeels belemmeren. Wellicht een idee om die een keer te vervangen. Het is bovenal een heerlijk huis!

Villa parfaite

Excellente villa! Piscine au top, vue magnifique et prestations de qualités. Un grand merci à Ivan et Govianni pour leurs conseils, l'acceuil et leurs gentillesses. Nous avons passés des vacances en famille exceptionnelle . Nous pouvons que recommander cette villa.
