Each bedroom has it's own access to a bathroom and the property accommodates 6 people. The condo is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property so all rentals must be 3+ nights (excluding the 2nd full week of August, which requires a full-week stay). The tenants have access to an elevator and the building has one covered space for a vehicle. Guests have access to the community amenities, such as: Pool (by the rental office), fitness center, athletic courts (tennis, sand volleyball, and basketball), outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted docks for walking. Marina-front Master has a King bed and private access to the covered deck with furniture. The 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed and has a private bathroom. 3rd bedroom holds a Double bed and it has private access to the hall bathroom. 4 Smart TV's (all using the Spectrum App for cable), high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, covered parking for vehicle and golf carts only. View of marina and charter fishing fleet. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.
No boat slip is offered with the condo and no trailers can be placed under the building. A boat slip can be rented from the marina or rental office on a first-come, first-serve basis and information for off-site trailer or boat storage can be provided upon request.
