Single storey villa with 2 floors and surrounding land, situated between Faro and Loulé, good accessibility, easy access to the airport (10 minutes), Faro (10 minutes), Almancil (5 minutes), Vale do Garrão, Quinta do Lago beaches, Vale do Lobo (15 minutes), Vilamoura (15 minutes)
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with single beds (air conditioning included in 2 bedrooms), living room with TV and satellite. Well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine). Nice outdoor space with barbecue and leisure space with great view.

Fantastic villa and an amazing location
We had such a wonderful holiday at the villa and Hugo was fantastic. He offered to meet us at the stadium so he could take us to the villa on arrival and we were allowed to check in early. We were also allowed to check out a little later too. We were able to communicate to Hugo with any questions and the response back was very quick. He also gave us ideas to go to eat and things to see. The villa was clean , had everything we needed and a beautiful pool, it was so relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa and recommend Hugo and will be telling all my friends too about the place. Thanks Hugo

Nice house, very private and clean
Everything was perfect and just as Hugo described. The house has everything you might need and everything was very clean, especially the pool area. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. Hugo was very also very kind and we could always text him and ask for help and recommendations about the area. He even gave us a ride to the Airport the day we left because something went wrong with the taxis. Train station is nearby (about 15 min of walking) and we could easily travel the cities from there. We would be happy to come back one day and stay again at Hugos place :) thank you Hugo for an amazing week at your house and see you again.

We have stayed at Hugo's house for 9 nights and had a fantastic experience in June 2022. The house is extremely clean and very well looked after. The highlight is the kitchen and BBQ, very well equipped with anything an amateur chef could need. The garden is spacious and includes a private pool that is not overlooked by neighbours, so you have privacy when sunbathing. The views from the terrace and balcony are amazing with daily evening sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a rooftop terrace, so loads of different outdoor spaces to enjoy. You need a car to get around to local supermarkets and restaurants, Almancil is only a 5 min drive in the car and its a great location to go to different beaches and explore the Algarve. Faro airport is only 15 min away. The property is gated with an electric gate and feels overall very safe. Communication with Hugo has been fantastic, during our stay the pool was cleaned two times and although we had a very early flight check out was no problem at all. The only recommendation would be to look at upgrading the TV to a Smart TV so guests can access streaming platforms in case of a rainy day. The wifi is a little weak in some of the rooms, so that could be a possible upgrade to make the experience even better. All in all we highly recommend this house.

Schönes und großzügiges Anwesen mit Pool
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Landhaus von Hugo sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Raum für große Familien. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Aussenbereich gibt es einen schönen Pool, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Auf dem neuwertigen Gasgrill konnten wir leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir nahegelegene Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und unkompliziert.

Maison très fonctionnelle avec tous les equipements necessaires! Vue dégagée, au calme de la ville et Proche de tout! Piscine très agreable! Hote disponible ! Il manque juste la clim dans une chambre et tout sera parfait (il fait très chaud). Allez y les yeux fermés!

Perfect relaxing getaway in Almancil
The property exceeded our expectations in all regards, starting with a perfect host in Hugo. Our flight was delayed but he waited for us for 2 hours and then came out to meet us, as the property is pretty rural it was difficult to find on the satnav. He then gave my husband a guided tour while my mum and I soaked our tired feet in the warm pool and then he proceeded to take us to the nearest supermarket, so we got our bearings of where everything in the area is and could begin the big 'chillout', which was the aim of the holiday. We only wished we had booked the full 2 weeks here as it was so perfect and everything we needed, if not in the villa was right on the doorstep. Truly magnificent. Cannot thank him enough and look forward to seeing him again in the not too distant future.

Ausgezeichnet! Besser wie erwartet.
Die Villa, ist klasse gelegen und übertrifft die Erwartungen deutlich. Die Objekt-Beschreibung ist 100% korrekt. Hugo und Paula sind wirklich sehr nette Gastgeber, tadellos! Das hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Übergabe des Hauses war locker organsiert, ohne unnötige Formalitäten und vor allem sehr entgegenkommend, waren wir doch eine weite Strecke angefahren. Die Tipps vom Hugo waren alle 1A, super Empfehlungen wie man die Tage in der Region (Strand/Essen) verbringen kann. Die Kinder haben den tollen Pool und den Außenbereich genossen. Vor allem die Privatsphäre war toll. Sicherlich könnte man auf dem sehr hohen Niveau was zum Meckern finden, das wäre aber nicht sehr fair. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Ein Schloß für zehn Tage
Die ganze Familie hat den Aufenthalt in hugos Landhaus genossen! Nach jedem Ausflug oder Strandtag war die Rückkehr in das geräumige, gepflegte, komfortable Haus mit Dachterrasse und umlaufenden Balkonen ein tolles Erlebnis. Zudem fühlten wir uns absolut sicher: automatisch schließende und öffnende Gartentor, sehr gut gesicherte Fenster, die auch als Sonnenschutz dienen konnten.

Maison très agréable idéalement située à 5 mn du centre de Faro , sur une colline dominant la campagne environnante. Equipement intérieur et extérieur complet,avec terrasse en toiture très agréable. Commerces à proximité. Excellent séjour avec possibilité de visites nombreuses alentour.

Belle propriété.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans cette villa confortable, bien équipée et très propre. Les voisins ne sont pas bruyant et l'emplacement est calme (sauf des aboiements de chiens perçus durant quelques nuits depuis la chambre proche de la porte d'entrée). La situation sur une petite colline permet une belle vue sur le massif, surtout depuis la grande terrasse. La proximité des plages (<15 min) et des commerces est appréciable. Hugo, le propriétaire, est à l'écoute et fort sympathique. Didier.

Maison au top identique à la description et aux photos.
Nous avons passés un super séjour dans cette maison, belle vue de la terrasse, elle est bien située, de très belles plages à 15 minutes en voiture et proche hypermarché. L'hôte est très gentil ainsi que ses parents. Nous y retournerons sans problème. Cecile et Joël.
