About this property

Our villa is located 11 km away from Kaş center. The villa is facing the stunning forest and has a huge garden with beautifull trees and flowers. Magneficent mountain breeze is just a corner from heaven. The villa has been furnished to a very high standarts.

Fully equipped kitchen includes;
Microwave, Oven, coffee machine besides from the main eqipments as fridge, washing machine and oven.
Open plan kitchen and dining area is very comfortable and the ambiance is memorable with all lighting and sound system.
There are 3 bedrooms at mezzanine floor. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and a balcony where you can have your coffee with stunning mountain view. Twin bedroom is very suitable for kids. There is also 1 bathroom and 1 toilet at this mezzanine floor. The last bedroom has queen size bed and sytlish open wardrobe.

TV room is next to the living room and it has an access to pool terace where you can enjoy the cool mountain breeze at hammock or al fresco seating area. The infinity pool is 9 X 4 which is very suitable for large groups.Also there is a al fresco dining area at the garden where you may enjoy your dining.

We are living at the same land next to (100m away) the villa in a caravan with our 2 dogs and cats with my wife and daughter. We are professional hoteliers for more than 25 years. We may provide special airport transfers, pop up dinners, cooking courses, diving or boat trip according to your needs and expectations.

Why they chose this property

Our Villa is facing the forest and the mountain which gives amazing fresh and chill breeze. The land is huge for kids to adventure and play around. There is one treehouse that I made ıt for my daughter 2 years ago. Kids can go inside and spend fun time there. It is totaly private and there is neighbour next to it.
