This expansive house has 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan, decks outside of both master bedrooms, 3 refrigerators, 2 kitchens, and a washer and dryer. Despite all of that, the best feature is the lake front view. This beautiful house is located in Wright Way Estates on a private lot directly on the lake with a dock.

Great property!

I chose this property for the space... there was a lot of it! We didn't even have to use the loft. Brian was amazing and very helpful. We loved this property and neighborhood!

July 26 - 30, 2024

This spacious home was great for our large family gathering. The two large refrigerators were great to accommodate the prepared food brought from home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. A Dollar General is within a 5 minute drive to purchase any forgotten items. There are only 2 kayaks available, so we had to bring other kayaks, all the life vests and water floats for the family to enjoy. There is a large TV in the basement, but no video games were provided. Chess, puzzles, cards and other games were provided.

Instead of my team dealing with hotels for the NASCAR Race in Talladega we chose to stay at this house (45 minute drive). The house had enough rooms and bathrooms so that everybody could have their privacy.

Family Trip to Wedowee

The property was perfect for us and and our four adult children and grandchildren to gather and spend the weekend together! The host, Brian, was gracious and kind, and he answered all our questions as well as took care of any needs we had. We had a wonderful trip! Thanks!

Our Family reunion was held on Oxford, so we chose to stay on the lake rather than a hotel room. That was the best decision we could have made! A fun time for all. Great Lake getaway

Large house right on an arm of the river/lake with a boat dock. Fourteen adults, teens, and younger kids thoroughly enjoyed the boat rides, games played, and each other’s company. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms plus two large “gathering rooms” where people could do their own thing. Would highly recommend to any larger group for a nice “getaway.”

Spacious home on Lake Wedowee

This is a very spacious, well stocked home with dock on Lake Wedowee, AL. It is an excellent floor plan for our group of 18. Brian, the manager, was very attentive and helpful. With ages ranging from 3-79, there was something for everyone to enjoy without ever leaving the house. Thanks so much Brian! We will definitely come back to this house!

Wedding Party Housing at Lake Wedowee

Massive property with plenty of room for everyone and everything! Brian was very kind and helpful in getting into the property. The house was fairly clean and perfect for a rental and keeping everyone’s stuff organized, plus the dock is a nice dock for hanging out on and parking is great. It fit 11 or so cars in the driveway comfortably. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group of people.

Peaceful Lake Getaway is the real deal

We had no surprises, no misconceptions, and no shortcomings with the property and the manager! Brian met us on checking in. Walked me around explaining things. It perfectly matched our needs for a quiet and fun family reunion. Thanks! I should add - no injuries, no bad weather. There were plenty of kitchen utensils. The dining spaces and bedrooms/bathrooms available were perfect for us.

House was spacious for 12 family members. Lots of good hang out space and quiet spots. Lake was beautiful and neighborhood was quiet! Brian was great. Would definitely return.

Great spot for a family weekend

We enjoyed our stay! We had our entire family to celebrate our mom's 75th birthday and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is spacious with two refrigerators, lots of seating in the living room, and generous space for gathering around the dining room tables (there are 2). We enjoyed being on the water and using the kayaks. Two people in our group actually caught fish. It was a great weekend with space for everyone to gather and enjoy. We recommend Boondocks BBQ for easy catering!

Perfect Talladega House!

Well the pictures didn’t do the property justice! It was absolutely breathtaking from the driveway to the dock. Space, space, space with a group of 12 we never felt like we were on top of each other and especially the fact that there was almost 1 bathroom per family. The property manager Brian was fantastic! Great communication and so helpful acclimating us to the area. Hope to be back again.
