Guests will be renting the main 3 bedroom, 3 reception house and conservatory set in mature private gardens around an outdoor heated pool either on its own (reduced price) or including the annex with.
There are King Size beds in the main bedroom and guest room.
An en-suite off the main bedroom and 2 x brand new singles in the 4th bedroom.
Plenty of open wardrobe space and chest of drawers in each room plus desks with chairs in 3 rooms.
Downstairs is a large family room with 55" curved 4K brand new TV with access to 300 films on Apple TV and network drive. Leather sofas and chairs to seat 7 people.
There is also weights mat if desired, plus Les Mills on demand app available in the ‘cinema’ room.
The middle room has 6 seater dinning table and a piano.
The 3rd reception room has a wood burner fire, has a sofas to seat 3 people and chair and two desks to work at and large book shelf with a selection of books. This also doubles up as a cinema room with a projector that projects films onto the wall for a ‘cinema’ experience!’
There is a large conservatory with seating for 4 people and small selection of play equipment, bats, balls etc.
There are lots of things outside for children a swings, in-ground trampoline, football goals, badminton net with rackets, table tennis table.
There are also 3 hammocks for guests to relax on under the trees.

Our home is located in Nuptown, Warfield, United Kingdom.
Nuptown is a small, safe, quiet hamlet with only few houses set in rolling countryside with nice walks, cycling paths and hacking for horses. We choose this place to live due to its unique relaxing environment and closeness to major I.T companies and London transports. The area is designated Green belt, meaning building is restricted which allows the area to maintain its delightful surroundings.
There are some well-regarded restaurants and gastropubs in the area including The Belvedere Arms in Sunninghill, Bluebells in Sunningdale, The Barn at Coworth Park and Michelin starred Royal Oak in Paley Street, the Fat Duck, Waterside Inn and Hinds Head in Bray, 10 minute drive.
Recreational facilities nearby include Saville Gardens, golf at Sunningdale, Wentworth, Swinley, Royal Berkshire and Mill Ride, polo at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club and Smith's Lawn and horse racing at Ascot and Windsor. Spa facilities may be found at The Berystede, Coworth Park and Penny Hill Park.
For the commuter, rail links to London (Paddington) are available from Ascot, Windsor & Eton Central (via Slough) and Maidenhead stations and to London (Waterloo) from Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor & Eton Riverside; Crossrail, the new high-speed service is due to begin running in 2019.
There is fast and easy access to all the major motorways, M3, M4, M25, M40 and an easy route to and from Gatwick either by car, train or coach.
