Immaculately maintained property. They work so hard and it’s evident.The unit itself is lovely and so well appointed. The only drawback are the beds; squishy marshmallows.Views couldn’t be beat! 5 stars!

Stunning view, prime Kaanapali location
Have stayed in several Mahana units over the years and 1211 is by a mile the nicest, albeit by far the most expensive. That said, we’ve already rebooked there for next whale season. It’s so luxurious, the double lanai is such a usable outdoor living area. We would sit for hours watching whales perform…can’t wait to return!

The View
This apartment is all about the view and the lanai. We hated to leave as it is the very best view on Maui. The close proximity to stores, food trucks, restaurants, the beach, make it a perfect place for a vacation. We will be back.

Perfect home for vacation but beware of false advertising
I will give 5 stars to the condo, it’s exactly as the pictures , beautiful views, super clean , have all the amenities, close by restaurants, best beach, only disappointment was when it advertised Rental Car included, 1 day before my arrival I was informed they do not have any more cars to rent. So don’t rely on that when booking . Everything else was perfect..

The view from the balcony is fantastic. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed with beach chairs and an umbrella for shade. KBM was very responsive and helpful with our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal views!
We spent 8 magical nights in this gorgeous penthouse! The unit is appointed with beautiful furnishings and has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views from the very large balcony were tremendous! We were blessed with rainbows, sunsets, stargazing, bat rays, and daily visits of sea turtles. Everyone was kind and helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future.

What an amazing place!!
Holy cow, this place was perfect. Sometimes it’s a gamble with picking a spot online, the pictures can be deceiving, bad location, etc. But this place was PERFECT. Our view from the balcony was amazing…as well as any window you looked out of. Location was great, we felt safe and it was quick access to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Communication with the owners was great. Check in process (and check out) was easy and convenient. Definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And easy access to the beach. This was by far, one of our best VRBO experiences. Plus you are in Maui, which is hard to beat! Can’t wait to come and visit again.

Love the location of the Mahana!
We have stayed at the Mahana before and love the location. It is a perfect spot in March to watch the whales and surfers. The complex is clean and well maintained. The KBM team is very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

Saw roughly 15 whales, a sea turtle and a seal all on our first day (April 11)!! This view is way better than we could have imagined. Location is excellent, walking distance from local grocery stores, snorkeling, and swimmable beaches. Pool was so well kept! Hope to come back at some point!

We had a fun filled week. Many activities too. Twin Falls hike, swimming in the water under fall. Whale watching seeing 4 breaching whales. Snorkeling lots of beautiful fish & we saw the turtle. The aquarium well worth it! Watch 15 min movie at the end-

Beautiful location with a few issues
This property is perfect for whale watching and access to the Lahaina area. Beautifully decorated. Only concerns….wifi was horrible. Very slow and came disconnected on most devices often. Also the fridge had a very loud squeal every time the door opened or closed and in between. They said there was a part in order, but it would wake yo up at night. Once those 2 issues are fixed, we would rate it a 5 across the board.

My family & I recently spent 9 nights here & enjoyed our time. We are a family of 6 & were very comfortable. The building didn’t seem to be fully rented, because of construction being done on areas of the property. This had perks of quick elevators & the pool & beach areas were never crowded. We were never disrupted by the construction. We could see signs of it going on but didn’t hear much noise from it in this unit. The views do not get any better!!! I would highly recommend this unit unless water park pools are important to families.

Many problems. Internet consistently did not work. The electric shade was broken and not fixed for a week. The sink in MBR does not drain well. In spite of numerous complaints did not fix. The front desk takes no responsibility.
