Remodeled 3BR/3BA Condo Sleep 8 with Amazing Gulf View!

Welcome to our 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms condo at Majestic Sun resort! Look no further for your perfect vacation rental! Situated on the second floor, walking out to your over-sized balcony, your gulf views are as far as the eye can see.

Bruce and I have been managing our properties for 2 years, and working hard to provide each guest with the most pleasant experience possible.

We have 2 condos in Majestic Sun, A-201 and A-301. We just own A-301 the end of 2017 and we complete remodeled it. If one is booked, please try the other one. You can find our A-301 on VRBO/970059. They both are corner unit, A-201 is on 2nd floor and A-301 is on 3rd floor.

We also have another unit at Maravilla resort, 2BR/2BA. Pet friendly. You can also find it at VRBO/852539. Please check us out if you are traveling with you pet!

A 201 is a corner end unit which allows privacy while allowing more natural light in with 3 windows though out the living room and kitchen.

Our brand new kitchen with large quartz counter top, great for folks who like to cook. All new cookware, kitchen utensils and new stainless steel appliances will make your stay comfortable as it can be.

The GULF FRONT master bedroom is gorgeous with a king size bed and a large master bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and it's private bathroom with full size shower.
The third bedroom comes with 2 bunk beds that kids will fall in love with, perfect for parents with young children, easy access to the bathroom in the hall way.
The living room has a queen pull out sleeper sofa that is great for extra guests.

There is washing and drying machine in the condo so you don't have to go out to wash your clothes and towels.

At Majestic Sun resort, you will be able to enjoy the great amenities such as the outdoor/indoor pool that is fabulous for escaping the sun. If you want a heated pool, look no further - the indoor pool is heated during the Winter. There are two hot tubs that you can sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, absolutely divine. Majestic Sun offers a state of the art fitness center that overlooks the gulf and the pool so you can have the perfect view while achieving your fitness goals on vacation.

Majestic Sun has a unique architectural that we really love that it gives every unit an amazing view with soft, sugary white sand and emerald green water that our guests can enjoy an evening walking down the beach and watching sunset. While you are here, don't forget to visit our brand new on-site beach gift shop on the ground level of the building.

There are so much activities around you such as deep sea fishing for those who like adventures. Adults and young children can go snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, watch dolphins play, Pirate Ship tour, dolphin tour are awaiting the little children and much more at The Harbor Walk within 15 minutes away . Several designer outlets within 4 miles with over 200 stores ( Destin Commons, Silver Sand Premium outlet, Paradise Key) and more than 15 outstanding restaurants both on and off the beach.

Amazing location and home!
WOW. That is what we thought when we first arrived at this condo. The condo has clearly been taken care of and they have poured a lot of personal touch in it. The decor had a great vacation vibe but also very classy! We loved being on the 2nd floor with quick access to the stairs and beach. We had other family members staying in different condos at the majestic sun and this condo was by far the nicest of them all. The house is well stocked with cleaning supplies and everything you would need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to vacation in the Destin area. We will definitely be back. Leading up to our arrival and during our stay communication was great. The owners were very kind and checked in to make sure our experience was great.

Miramar Beach Perfection! Look No further!
We loved our stay at this condo over spring break. The condo was exceptionally clean, newly remodeled in a beautiful beach decor and well appointed with all of our needs for two families (4 adults and 4 kids) over the course of a week. Beautiful views and easy to go to and fro. The beach was easy to access given that this condo is on the end and near a staircase. The owners were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions from the time of booking, pre-arrival and up to the stay itself. We would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Bruce and MK's condo. Being on the 2nd floor made going in and out down the stairs so easy. The unit was bright and clean, exactly as pictured. The WiFi was great for the kids and adults to all use Zoom. Most times we had the indoor pool to ourselves except when there were exercise classes (some mornings from 8 am -10 am). The beach was right across the street and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. A perfect location for our getaway. We hope to stay there again soon.

This condo was absolutely STUNNING! We had an amazing stay and had so much fun here. It is very convenient and in a great location for dinner, Icecream, and fun activities! The view is super nice and the beds and overall condo is very cozy and feels just like home! I recommend this condo because it is very spacious and very nice. This condo is beautifully decorated and modern with new appliances. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and very big. My only concern was that the balcony had a mostly unobstructed view except a giant palm tree right in the middle. I wasn’t able to look straight out my balcony due to this. I could see left and right easily but not straight in front. Probably will stay on a higher floor next time. Overall, this is a very nice condo!

Overall this was a great place to stay. We had no issues. Beach access is extremely convenient as we were in an end unit and there was a crosswalk with beach access located right across the street from the unit.

Super clean condo. Great location- I was worried about the convience of a condo va a beach house but this was perfect. The front door is right by the stairwell so you don’t have to mess with taking the elevators to the lobby etc... The only downfall was the parking tended to be a little crowded (mostly because I’m spoiled to private parking at beach houses) but good news- almost everything we did was within walking distance. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, no loud partying and the view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful!! I would highly recommended staying here- the owners were awesome & we can’t wait for our next trip!

Great condo!!
We just returned from our stay at MK's condo, and couldn't be more pleased! It is decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better- right across from the beach and close to many restaurants. We loved the Surf Hut and Pompano Joe's. Our girls loved the bunk room, and the king bedrooms were perfect for two families. We cooked in a few nights and had everything we needed. It was great being on the 2nd floor because we took the steps instead of the elevator every time. Such a quick walk to the beach, and very easy to head back for lunch! The weather was a little cooler and windier than we expected, so the indoor heated pool was great for the kids. The outside pool was very cold, so we didn't use that at all. We have been to Destin and 30-A several times, and usually stay in a house.. so I was a little hesitant on how a condo would work out. It was great! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

What a gorgeous condo. The accommodations were amazing. Our family of 8 enjoyed every. moment of our week in Destin. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. MK was so easy to work with. The three bedrooms were so comfortable and well stocked kitchen made meal prep a joy. Highly recommend this condo to any family searching for a great place to stay. Love the location, only a short drive for main attractions. Great views from the balcony, also very nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The stairs, just next to the front door, makes it very easy to access the beach, no need to take the elevator as the condo is on the second floor. Mk was very helpful with our questions. Thank you

Had a great family vacation in this gorgeous condo!! It was not only beautifully decorated but had all the comforts of home! Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to make dinner in. We came to Destin in the Summer 2014 and fell in love with the beach, the environment, the activities, friendly people! This is a perfect place for every families, a romantic beach for the young couples. We have been coming back ever since.

Why they chose this property

Having a vacation home in Destin was our big dream. After a full year working and schooling hard, we want to spend some quality time together, hang out at the beach with the kiddos, explore the environment, teach our children about nature,...We finally did it! We purchased the condo in 2015 and it has been under re-modeling. Now that it is complete, we are so happy to see how it turns out, thank to our great designer and whole team!

So now, its time to share this beautiful modern home with our guests who are also looking for a wonderful time with families and friends.

Together, you and our family will enjoy the condo as well as what Destin has offered.

What makes this property unique

The reason we bought this home is that its architectural, every unit is beach view. It is like we are living on water. A very short walking distance to get to the beach and a spectacular ocean view when you wake up is what everyone is looking for. The great benefit of this home is that it is at the corner of the building, 3 big windows that make the place so nice and bright, you can see the ocean from all 3 windows. And it is on the second floor so we think it is safer for families with little children and a short walk to to ground to get to the pool and the beach.
