The property and building are equipped with a set of electronic/smartlocks. You may open the door of the building by means of a smartphone app. If you prefer, I can also open for you from afar. Just call me at the time of arrival in order for me to open. You will receive an e-mail with the instructions a day prior to your arrival.
The Neighborhood: Playa de San Juan is a town located at the mouth of the gorge of Guia de Isora, which was a fishing port which still retains the old dock. Still, it has now a larger infrastructure to adapt to the needs of the population. The most important point to visit the Playa San Juan is its beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag in 2012. The award of the UN, recognizes those beaches where quality of water and swimming area are excellent. Currently, it has become a trendy location, very clean and friendly with shopping and leisure facilities that have a high standard and are not expensive.

Die Wohnung war zufriedenstellend, aber: der "Balkon" bot Platz für zwei Personen im Stehen und genau gegenüber war eine Großbaustelle die einen Aufenthalt unmöglich machte. Der Hinterhof und die Baulücke neben dem Gebäude wurden als Müllablage genutzt. Der Vermieter weiss um die Zustände um seine Wohnungen und muss dies auch so kommunizieren. So kann man keine Wohnung als "Ferienwohnung" zu diesen Preisen ausschreiben. Das Verständnis und das Entgegenkommen der Agentur war tadellos, dafür nochmals Dank.
