Situated directly overlooking the river and down to the Millpool, this four bedroom spacious, Victorian villa offers quality accommodation throughout. With panoramic views from the master suite on the top floor, and river views from all bedrooms on the first floor, the house is flooded with natural daylight. The expansive deck, reached from the stylish dining room, is perfect for gathering to watch the sun go down and enjoy an evening chatting about your day and making plans for your next adventure in this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Accessibility: The property has 22 steps in three sections up to the decking and entrance door. There is approx. 200m of road from the house to the pavement which leads to Looe.
Kitchen & Utilities: A spacious room with a good range of fitted units, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and breakfast area with stools and additional dining area.
Nearest beach: 500 yards.
Nearest amenities: 400 yards.
Outdoors: Verandah with views of the river and range of seating. Private balcony accessed from the master bedroom on the top floor.
Parking: 2 parking spaces, one is located directly opposite the front gate, the other is 50m along the road towards Looe. All are clearly signed, please keep to the designated bays.
Family facilities: Travel cot provided. Fixed stairgates in place at the bottom of both sets of stairs.
Pets: 2 pets allowed at £25 per pet per week - we will contact you regarding this at the time of booking
General: WiFi included, gas and electricity included in rent; gas-fired central heating, flame-effect gas fire.
