Très belle villa

Villa au calme. Très bien équipée . Seul bémol, je trouve ça dommage qu’en période basse ou les températures sont encore pas très élevées , la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup en profiter du fait de la faible température.

Merveilleuse expérience dans cette villa !

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine à Majorque à Cala Murada. Le Jaccuzi étant en panne dans la villa que nous devions louer, nous avons été surclassés dans une villa à côté, la villa Espina, et que dire...merveilleux séjour dans cette sublime villa ! Tout était parfait, il ne manquait de rien, la villa superbe, piscine, jacuzzi, barbecue etc...à 200 m de la plage cala Murada. Qq restaurants et commerces à proximité, beaucoup de randonnées et de magnifiques criques à moins de 30 min de route. Fruits frais et vins offerts à notre arrivée. Que du bonheur. Nous recommandons à 200%. Et surtout, un immense merci à James, notre correspondant, qui a été au top du début de la réservation à la fin.. extrêmement reactif, communication très simple par mail et WhatsApp. Merci James pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Vous avez fait partie de la réussite de notre séjour ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Merci infiniment James pour ces magnifiques vacances

Schönes Haus mit einem netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in diesem Haus. Das Swimming Pool und das Whirlpool waren schön und sehr sauber (Pluspunkte). Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir nach neuen Töpfen gefragt haben, hat er sofort für uns gekauft. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, nur das Sofa war nicht (klebrig). Die Möbel des Hauses (insb. Essstühle und das Sofa) sind jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und müssen ersetzt werden. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hause.

Buena estancia con falta de limpieza

La casa es grande para dos familias (nos sobraba una habitación) y bien distribuida y acondicionada. Está muy buen situada y la respuesta de James fue siempre muy rápida aunque en ocasiones no se solucionaron los problemas. Para mejorar cabría decir que faltaba algo de limpieza en el exterior, sobretodo en la piscina que y jacuzzi, que a pesar de asegurar que limpian 2 veces a la semana, nunca los vimos en perfectas condiciones. El baño del dormitorio no lo pudimos usar por oler fatal.

Trip with friends and kids

Our trip was fantastic from start to finish. Check on was easy peasy! The villa was very clean and well thought out. There was wine, fruit and water upon arrival. James was very easily reachable and when I asked for the curtains to be changed to black out drapes it was done immediately. Excellent place to stay with friends and children. Safe and beautiful Cala’s just a short walk away. I would definitely go back. Nice restaurants and great beach bar not far from Villa. Great place to explore surrounding beaches and villages. Thank you James!

Family Holiday

The villa was perfect for the family and had sufficient space for all during the stay. The pool area was a good which had seating and sunbeds for all. The location was quieter than we have experienced on previous holidays but there was sufficient restaurants/bars and local supermarkets once we had the opportunity to explore all of which were in walking distance.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand! Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, allerdings ist für Kinder die Gegend nicht so schön, da man zwar zu einem STrand mit 15 Minuten Fußweg gelangen kann, allerdings zu dem anderen Strand eine Klippe mit Treppe hinabsteigen muss, was mit Kinderwagen sehr anstrengend ist. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis super, aber ohne eigenen PKW ist man sehr abgeschnitten von allem.

Quiet and relaxing.

Walking distance restaurants and Villa was ok for outlets stay. Suggest Agent checks property more often as too many things needing fixing. The local beach and cafe excellent. The agent did respond quickly to our issues.

Good location and great villa

Originally booked back in 2019, James was fantastic throughout the whole process of having to cancel and rebook because of travel restrictions, I couldn’t recommend him and the management company enough. The Villa was spacious and more than met our needs of 7 adults. A few minutes walk to the local village which had several restaurants, a bakery and a well stocked supermarket. Approx 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Great location.

Lovely villa great for all ages

The property was everything that the listing said. We all loved it, the kids especially - it was difficult to get them out the pool which was larger than the photos showed. House was very clean and was perfect for our family of 9. The beach at Cala Domingos was a short 15 min walk and was lovely. Advisable to book reservations at local restaurants as walk ins didn’t seem to be appreciated and often not accommodated. Local supermarket served great pastry’s and fresh bread and was well stocked for a small supermarket. James the villa manager was extremely helpful and always available - all in all we absolutely loved it as it was quiet and away from the main hussle and bustle of island with Porto Cristo and Cala d’or only a short 15-20 min drive away. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely Villa !!!

We were a party of 9 staying at casa hermosa . The villa was a perfect size for us all . The pictures do not do this house justice ! Living area/bedrooms/terrace areas all brilliant. Swimming pool and hot tub superb - we all very much enjoyed the outdoor area , plenty of sun beds . Villa is well located for restaurants- you need to book !! Beach easily walkable . Any queries were dealt with so promptly by James and villa management company. We would definitely recommend a stay here !!

Vacances au top à Cala murada

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances en famille dans cette belle Villa. Nous étions trois couples, la maison est spacieuse, chacun avait son espace et sa salle de bain. La maison est bien équipée, la climatisation était appréciable surtout la nuit car forte chaleur à cette période. L'environnement est agréable, bons restaurants sur la plage et à proximité de la villa. Bien située pour visiter et s' arrêter dans des petites criques pour nager dans une eau cristalline. Nous avons tous adoré cet endroit et le conseillons. Merci à l'agence pour ses attentions à l'arrivée et sa présence discrète pendant notre séjour.

es war im grossen und ganzen sehr Toll!

die Villa hatte sehr viele zu bieten, allerdings war die küche jetzt nicht die modernste, trotzdem kam man mit allen Utensilien zu recht. Die Zimmer waren toll ausgestattet, die lage war okay, der strand war zwar nah, aber die wege waren etwas ungemütlicher.

Excellent Accommodation

Very pleasant stay. Communication with James was excellent. Villa is well looked after and better than the pictures suggest - which is very unusual. Wine, milk, water and fruit was available for us when we arrived which was a very nice touch. Overall I cannot recommend the villa enough.

Enjoyable stay

Located in quiet town. 5 or 6 restaurants open locally and more facilities within short driving distance. Great beach and beach cafe. Good pool. Furniture a bit tired. Limited tableware and only one set of bedding for 2 weeks. More provided for extra cost. Weather fantastic. Used personal chef, Miquel, recommended by Villa Management. Excellent, he and his friend Pedra treated us to a highlight meal and cleaned up afterwards!

Grundsätzlich schönes Haus, das aber in die Jahre kommt

Das Haus hat reichlich Platz und liegt nicht weit vom (sehr kleinen) Ortskern. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man findet fast alles, was man benötigt, aber das Haus, das Mobilar und die Gegenstände in der Küche kommen in die Jahre. Es müssten diverse Renovierungen stattfinden und gestrichen werden sollte es auch. Leider war das Haus auch nicht wirklich sauber als wir es übernommen haben. James war sehr gut via What's App erreichbar, hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr bemüht. Cala Murada selbst war für uns jetzt nicht der schönste Ort, aber der Strand Domingos Petits war für die Kinder absolut ausreichend und schön. Ansonsten kann man in dem Ort nicht viel machen und die Auswahl der Restaurants ist begrenzt. In Summe wegen Ort und der o.g. Mängel würden wir nicht wiederkommen, auch wenn wir einen schönen Urlaub hatten.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la villa est tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le salon est agréable pour une famille. Et que dire des extérieurs, la terrasse, la piscine le jacuzzi , cela nous permettaient de nous décontracté quand nous revenions de randonnée, de balade ou tout simplement de la plage.. D'autre part, en cette période de pandémie, nous étions plus serein de pouvoir profiter de ces services sans craintes. Une petite chose à améliorer serait d équiper les fenêtres des chambres de rideaux beaucoup plus épais.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa spacieuse, très belle décoration, très propre. La piscine, le jardin, le barbecue tout à été pensé pour un bon séjour. La plage de cala Murada accessible à pied, le petit supermarché pas loin, l endroit est calme et un bon point de départ visiter les baleares. Lorsqu un petit problème technique survient dix minutes après quelque un arrive pour le résoudre. Nous tenions aussi à remercier Mallorca dreams pour nous avoir permis d arriver une nuit avant suite à un vol avancé d un jour par la compagnie aérienne et gracieusement offert ! Nous reviendrons sûrement car ce fût de bonnes vacances en famille. Merci

Beautiful villa in a quiet setting

The villa is at the edge of Cala Murada and only five minutes walk to the small supermarket , even less time to the Rustic tapas restaurant which is fab. Inside the villa was everything we could have possibly needed for our stay . It was clean and modern and very comfortable. The outside area was fabulous . We had the sun from early morning till late in the evening . You probably need a car if you want to explore , however we took taxis to nearby resorts .

Great property in great location

We all had a great time at this villa, didnt realise how much of a benefit it would be to be in a little town, with shop and restaurant. We had 10 people in the villa at one point and still plenty of room around the pool. Don’t be afraid to give the villa company a shout if there is anything needs sorting they were there in a couple of hours and couldn’t have been more helpful. All in all a great holiday
