A Quiet Setting In A Victorian Neighborhood Near Downtown Lebanon.
Was originally in 1860 a carriage house and in1941 was converted into 4 suites. We are featuring suite #1 on VRBO. We are located in the Victorian Area of Historic Lebanon, Ohio, just three blocks from a wonderful downtown consisting of specialty and antique shops with private owned restaurants, taverns, museums and library. Public golf course and tennis courts are right across the street. The suite has furnished living room, dining room, private bath with towels, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with king bed and linens. Air Conditioned and radiator heat. Off street parking and never blocked. The suite includes cable TV, wifi and CD player. Custom decorated and quality furnishing throughout. Al and Phyllis live adjacent to this property and are always available by phone. The neighborhood is well maintained and friendly with a large collection of architectural designed homes to admire.

Al was born and raised in this city. He has been a part of the family owned furniture retail business since 1954. He is an interior designer. He enjoys vintage motorcycles and cars. Plus he enjoys mowing and trimming the properties. Phyllis grew up in nearby small town. She is a retired teacher who loves to garden, hike, ride her bike, and be with her grandchildren. Al and Phyllis enjoy socializing with friends and visiting their condo in Naples, Florida. This condo is also listed on VRBO #722648.
Why they chose this property
This property was handed down through the family and adjacent home was acquired later. An advantage is that within a 30 mile radius there are both Cincinnati and Dayton with a wide variety of activities while Historic Lebanon provides you with that small town feeling. We also have America's largest YMCA for your convenience.
