Comfortable 34 sqm apartment overlooking the swimming pool. A private balcony. Clean with kitchen including hob, fridge, microwave and a range of dishes, pots and pans.
For couples, and internet warriors we have our own Modem WIFI with speed >50 Mbs. A desk and chair. Nice TV with Netflix and other Apps. House cleaning is 1 x per week, Beach towels, and bath towels.
A comfortable King double bed with separate sofa / coffee table area.

We are living on Koh Samui for 15 years. A property manager, and real estate agent formerly from the UK.
Why they chose this property
Nice modern 34 sqm studio has everything included to make your stay comfortable. The room is clean and bright. We have fast internet connection with its own modem. Bedsheets and towels are changed 1 x per week. Cleaning is performed also before you arrive with beds freshly made.
What makes this property unique
Close to the beach, and easy to enjoy the array of sporting facilities. There is plenty of sun chairs and loungers to enjoy relaxing by the pool. We are close to Fisherman's village, and a short drive from Chaweng for all the night life you will need.
