VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, enjoy this 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bathroom Condo, located on the third floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, last condo with 180 degree view of the ocean.
Diamante 308 features an open design large kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inch flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
The living room has also a dining area comfortable for 6 guests.
All 3 bedrooms have King bed and 40-48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
The spectacular patio wraps the living room with views of the town, beach and ocean. It comes with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.
Diamante 308 is conveniently close to the elevator, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
We listen to our guests:
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
We replaced the refrigerator in August 2023.
New stove July 2020.
We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.
Added two new lounge chairs and table on balcony in 2017
Replaced all 3 ACs December 2023

Beautiful condo

The condo has a beautiful view that allows lots of natural light. The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Each room was very spacious with it's own bathroom. I would definitely come back to this unit!

Perfect Sandy Beach

Weekend retreat

This place and location is great. The host was receptive and proactive. You couldn’t ask for a better layout for our group. This was our 2nd time renting this place and we would look to do it again. We had 6 adults and plenty of room.

Happy 21st

My daughter decided for her 21st birthday. She would prefer to be in Mexico than Las Vegas. We stay in Las Palomas quite a bit. This is the first visit I have stayed in this particular style condominium not only was the set up absolutely perfect for our group, but Everything from the comfort of the couches to the beds to the stunning wrap around ocean views this by far has been the most comfortable stay I have had. The owner reached out immediately upon booking, made sure I didn’t have any questions and gave me very specific directions should there be any issues upon our arrival. There were none This rental. And will be reaching out in the future to book again.

Perfect and comfortable with a fabulous view P

We went with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends and had a fabulous time. The condo was comfortable. We all got a king bed and a private bathroom. And the view was mesmerizing we had a blast and created wonderful family memories. We will definitely stay there again!

Awesome Place

Had a great time and an awesome 3BR 3BA condo overlooking the beach, closest condo in Las Paloma’s to the beach. Floor 3 is perfect, not too high and not too low. Place was clean and decorated nicely. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space to eat for 4 adults and 4 kids plus more if you need it. TVs with Netflix for bonus movies at night. Would definitely rent the same unit again. We’ve stayed at Las Palomas 4x now and this condo was our fav. Lastly, had the best view of Elon Musks satellite flying through the sky one night.

Amazing space

This unit was so awesome to hang out in, that we did just that quite a lot during our stay. The decks are amazing. The main portion wasn’t in the sun in the morning making it super pleasant to just hang out. Those who wanted some sun could Lay-out just around the corner. We loved this unit. Third floor. Close to the beach.

Highly recommend

The 180 degree views from the balcony are spectacular. Great patio furniture to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Condo had everything needed. Washer and dryer is great to have. Beds are comfortable. Restaurants are convenient on the property and there are taxis available waiting to take you to other places in Puerto Pensacola Definitely will be back

Celebrating daughters 15th birthday

Pictures are as described, missing a few essentials in the condo , didn’t have paper towels or laundry detergent or cooking oil . No coffee for the coffee maker. There is a store you can purchase these items for . I’m used to everything being provided during the Vrbo stay. The views were amazing! Keep in mind it is a bit loud in your condo due to the band playing below until late evening and people Being noisy below as you are close to the pool. It was great for the kids , felt safe and they loved the banana boat rides and proximity to the beach. We had 4 teen girls and two adults. Overall they enjoyed it. I loved the views but prefer a quieter stay . July is a super hot month to go there , it made coming back to Arizona seem cooler.

Amazing Beachside Condo

Beautiful condo right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Views are amazing and the condo is super comfy and spacious. I highly recommend this place and the Las Palomas Resort. We will definitely be coming back.

Family vacay

This was a great room to book. It was very spacious with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the wrap around balcony. Of everything that we loved, the thing we loved the best was the mermaid mosaic mural in the bathroom. Hopefully we can book this room again in the future.

Condo beautiful

Good afternoon ! We stayed at your beautiful condo the 11th and 12th of June. Had just a few problems you should be aware of. We were not able to get in by four. In fact cleaning crew were still there at 4:30. Kitchen microwave not functioning. Master shower no hot water. Handle just spins. It may need a new cartridge. The whole building water was shut off Tuesday morning. Very disappointing. If you can provide a refund of any amount that would be appreciated and appropriate. Thank you! This owner never replied to our concerns😟

What makes this property unique

The Las Palomas Resort complex consists of two Phases and over 800 individually owned condominiums, with a variety of different floor plans, finishes, and decorations. ● Both Phases have a number of different pools, including a lazy river and swim up bar & grille. Phase I features a water slide, the fitness center , convenience store, and La Maria restaurant, which is open for dinner only. Phase II features a Kid's Club, Five Senses Spa, the sales desk, convention center, and the main lobby restaurant, Citron, which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Owners and guests have access to all of the amenities in both Phases, regardless which Phase they stay in
