Apartment in a private complex with outdoor pool. It has a large terrace with fantastic panoramic views of the coast which is perfect to relax. The apartment is fully equipped so you´ll feel home during your stay.

A bright apartment with a private terrace and communal outdoor swimming pool.

The other pool our guests can enjoy, is a heated seawater pool in our another complex called “11 Holiday Homes” which is just 300 meters. Also, there is a Sea swimming area in Golf del Sur with a large solarium terraces 300 meters from the property.
The apartment´s terrace faces interior complex area, there is no wind and people’s eyes. Its great position overlooking coast and sea provides calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Apartment includes a lounge area with sofa bed (130cm x200cm when it´s open) and flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and juicer. Also, it has crockery for 6 people and all the necessary cookware as well as olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar and one bottle of water the day of your arrival.
In the bedroom, there is a Flex Hotel Range mattress 150cm x 200cm with 30 cm thickness.
The bathroom has free toiletries as bath gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.
Bed linen, towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent are also provided.
One of our principal disturbs is about linen and towels, we like to have them new and fresh that´s why we change it frequently in the apartment.
The apartment is 5 minutes’ walk from supermarkets and restaurants.
Fishing village Los Abrigos, famous for its fish and seafood restaurants, is just about 5 minutes by car from the property.
Two of the most famous beaches in the south of Tenerife, El Medano y La Tejita, are 8 minutes by car.
A commercial area with Mercadona, Hiperdino, Lidl, Worten, MC Donald´s, la Caixa, etc. also is very close, only 5 minutes by car.
The apartment is 100 meters from Taxi point and 250 meters from a bus stop.
We would like our guests to spend one of the most rewarding vacation visiting our apartment. Our attractive and beautifully maintained apartment with spacious interior, sea facing private terrace, an excellent location, and our eagerness to equip it the best possible way will make a perfect mix for your next relaxing vacation.
Tenerife is a magic place with the best climate in the world, so it is called “island of an eternal spring”.

Communal outdoor swimming pool. The other pools our guests can enjoy, is a heated seawater pool and hot water (35ºC) 12 meters relaxing pool in our another complex called “11 Holiday Homes” which is just 300 meters from the property.

We are two brothers with a common vocation: to make you feel at home. We work hard to make your holidays one of the best you have ever had and we always find a little place to get to know you and help you in whatever you need. Look for us, we are "hidden" in the reception ;-)

Before your arrival, we are at your disposal to answer all your questions. We communicate without problems in Spanish, English and Russian (as long as Iryna is present), but if necessary, online translate will give us a hand!

For your convenience the check-in is done automatically with a code that we will give you by email after the reservation. We will even contact you through messaging app to send you all the information related to your stay.
When you arrive you will find the apartment always clean and ready for you. Before check-in we check with the cleaning team that your house is in perfect condition, exactly as we would like to find it if we were travelling. We also restock your apartment with oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, shampoo, bath gel... Everything you need so that when you arrive you don't miss anything and don't have to run to the supermarket.

Perfect holiday apartment

We feel so lucky to have found this apartment. It is located in a perfect location( walking distance to Los Abrigos and a couple of local beaches), has a wonderful view of the sea, access to the beautiful salt water pool and is wonderfully managed( the management company was always quick to respond to our questions and requests). There are many good food options just across the street or in Los Abrigos. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need to make you feel like you are at home. We can’t wait to return and this will be our first choice when we do!

Tolle Lage, Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Terasse ist ein Traum

Wir sind Golfer und wollten keine langen Anfahrtswege zu den umliegenden Golfplätzen und auch schnell auf der Autobahn sein. Alles in 8 Autominuten erreichbar, wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden und befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse. Der ganze Ort ist mit diesen kleinen 2 stöckigen Häusern bebaut, alles sehr schön bepflanzt und gepflegt. Der kontaktlose Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir konnten auch schon um 14.00 Uhr einchecken. Infrastruktur sehr gut. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Arzt, viele Pubs und Lokale nur 5 min. von der Wohnung entfernt. Zur Wohnung: Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung fühlt man sich wohl, sehr hell und freundlich. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Südterasse mit Ausblick auf Palmen und das Meer. Die Terasse ist vollkommen uneinsehbar, keine störenden Blicke von Nachbarn. Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, wir haben uns allerdings bequeme Sonnenliegen bringen lassen, auch für diesen Service 5*. Das Sofa wurde durch eine graue Eckcouch ausgetauscht, schade. Ich fand das vorige Interieur wesentlich stylischer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Eine Gaderobenleiste im Eingangsbereich und Schlafzimmer für Jacken und Taschen wären von Vorteil. Das Bad ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß mit Einstieg in die sehr schmale Badewanne, mir hat auch ein Regal gefehlt zum ablegen für Kosmetik Artikel. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für ein Paar optimal.

Lovely apartment, great location

The whole process from booking, to checking in, to our stay, was seamless. The apartment was amazing, much better than we expected. Lovely big balcony which gets sun all day. Just a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. The whole complex was excellently looked after and in an great location too. It was a real bonus getting the use of 2 pools also which we took advantage of. The owners kept us informed throughout and were prompt and professional. We cant wait to return.

We are two brothers who love our island, as well as welcoming and meeting our guests. This is the part we enjoy the most. On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you personally to show you around the house, explain how everything works and give you a map of the island with a list of restaurants, beaches and trails. Of course, we will also hand you the keys. If you are looking for something in particular and would like some information prior to your arrival, just let us know and we will be glad to help. We believe that, in order for you to have the best holidays possible, it is very important that you actually get to know the island. This is why we'll be sharing with you our experiences about Tenerife, so you can enjoy you holidays differently, just like a real local resident would do. You will also be able to reach us by phone in case you have any other question so we can help you as much as we can. Getting a good night's sleep during the holidays is basic, so we have done our research about the mattresses used in luxury hotels and we can offer you amazing duvets and memory foam and synthetic pillows. All sheets are 100 % cotton. We live in the north of the island, but we spend a lot of time working close to the apartment or enjoying the pool or the sea not far from there, so we will probably meet every once in a while.

Why they chose this property

There is nothing better than waking up right in front of the SEA. The house is located in one of the best areas of the island, next to its largest GOLF course. It is located by the SEAFRONT, from which you will have direct access to UNSPOILT BATHING SITES. Walking towards the east along the seafront, in 10 minutes you will reach "Los Abrigos", a small FISHING VILLAGE. Walking towards the west, you will find several unspoilt bathing sites, a MARINA and finally an old COASTAL HORSE TRAIL which, after 5 kilometres, leads to "Montaña Amarilla" and a MARINE PROTECTED AREA. 50 metres away, there is a small shopping centre with a few bars, restaurants, a 24-hour taxi rank, a supermarket that opens every day until 22:00, ATMs... In Los Abrigos you will find a wide selection of RESTAURANTS, the FISH MARKET, banks and a pharmacy. Within a 5 minute drive, you can reach a shopping area next to the highway (Las Chafiras) that includes sport stores, golf stores, several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Hiperdino), McDonald's and a FARMERS MARKET (highly recommended). Further west, (passed Los Abrigos), there are some quiet small beaches and even a NATURAL ROCK POOL. 10 minutes away by car you will find TWO OF THE BEST BEACHES of Tenerife: "La Tejita" and "El Médano". The beach of "El Médano" is named after the village where it is located, which, in our opinion, is one of the best places of the island. It offers a great sporty atmosphere thanks to the WIND SURF AND KITE SURF World Championships held every year.
