Quinta dos 3 Caminhos is a dream come true for any lover of wine, mountains and beach!
The property is near the town of Azeitão and overlooks the Arrábida Mountain. It has been recently refurbished with great emphasis on detail, good taste and charm.
The House consists of a large living room with fireplace, a suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and an attic with double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with access to an outside area with a stone table, where meals can be taken outside in a cooler area on hot summer days.
Next to the main house, in the garden, there are also two annexes with two more bedrooms (each with its own bathroom).
The most pleasant area of the house is without a doubt the porch with a leisure area and table for meals, with a magnificent and panoramic view over the Serra da Arrábida.
The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a swimming pool (with a protective net for children) and a lawn area with chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the sun, and a grassed field with lighting for football lovers.

Uma casa para voltar de certeza
Uma casa bastante acolhedora e espaçosa, junto a natureza, tivemos uma experiência em família para a passagem de ano além do esperado, em pleno Inverno a casa esteve sempre quente e até pude levar o meu cãozinho, com direito a jogos de futebol e inclusive mergulhos na piscina. caseiro bastante prestativo, 5 estrelas!

Nous étions 4 générations dans cette magnifique maison. L'environnement est parfait, à la fois pour le calme, aucun bruit, pour la proximité des plages (à une dizaine de mns en voiture), et pour les balades. Nous avons utilisé la piscine tous les jours (étions en mai). Moments que nous garderons en mémoire longtemps.

WOW Awesome Villa
What a perfect place, private, tranquil, great layout and awesome pool. Perfect place 2 unwind and chill. The kids loved the garden and pool and one massive bonus was that the pool had a fence around. The patio was awesome and we spend most of out time there

Tudo perfeito. O anfitrião desde o primeiro momento foi 100% acessível e simpático, a casa súper limpa, todo equipado e de fácil uso. Para as crianças é espectacular. A piscina com proteção, berço disponível, cadeirinha de refeições de bebé, até histórias para crianças e trotinetes! Um sono para uma família com crianças pequenas.

Tranquil countryside retreat
2 Adults and 5 children of all ages and 2 small dogs. Perfectly situated for those travelling with their own transport. The quinta is traditionally decorated with a tasteful modern twist, full height ceilings and all rooms have direct access to the outside via full height glass doors so it is very light and airy. There is a large open fire with plenty of logs provided and because it was December w cosied up to this every evening. The children especially enjoyed roasting chestnuts and grilling marshmallows on it. My favourite spot was the scenic south facing veranda with the best views down the valley with a mountain backdrop, perfect for reading a great book with a glass of wine and only the birds to listen to. The fully fenced gardens are extensive and we enjoyed picking and juicing the sun warmed oranges for breakfast. The pool is a good size, beautiful maintained and despite it being winter we swam in it and the sea throughout our 2 week stay. There are walks/ cycling directly out of the quinta up the hillside and out on to the hill top with its own watch tower. Or if you prefer public transport and plenty of beautiful scenic walks around the area. We were welcomed by the lovely Sonya who had built us an open fire, laid out snuggly throws on the sofas and set us out some gorgeous local wines and pastries on the large outside eating area. Really comfortable snug outside lounging area too complete with hammock. We have come home a lot heavier! Thanks to the amazing range of delicious food. We especially enjoyed shopping at the local farmers markets and fishing with Bolas Tours. The traditional tile making shop was very friendly and informative. Beaches, coastal and Arrabida forest walks are stunning. Bernard was very helpful, especially when we finding our way to the villa , he replied promptly and helped us with good directions. He was also very quick to respond to our request to extend our stay and offered an additional maid service which we didn't need because the quinta is easy to keep clean with terracotta tiled floors , washing machine and dish washer. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Breathtaking views, peaceful and cozy house
This farm house is great and the location is astonishing. The pictures are a good representation of what you'll get. The house manager/cleaner was fantastic and always prompt to help. The initial communication before booking is professional but can, at times, seem unsympathetic. Having said that I received all the information I've asked for in a timely manner and it all gets better once in the house dealing with the people who take care of the property. I can definitely recommend this property.

Vue magnifique sur la serra d'Arrabida
Cette quinta isolée dans la région d'Azeitao est admirablement située. Vous apprécierez la vue sur la montagne d'Arrabida, le calme qui règne aux alentours de la propriété, et une terrasse ombragée à la fois confortable et multi fonctionnelle. Si vous êtes plus de 10, certains devront dormir à l'étage supérieur où il fait chaud les nuits d'été. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Foi a melhor escolha que poderíamos ter feito para celebrar a festa de 4º aniversário da nossa filha, na companhia de família e amigos. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias e nada faltou para que pudéssemos tratar dos preparativos com tranquilidade. O barbecue exterior coberto fez com que fosse bastante confortável tratar das refeições. A piscina é suficientemente grande para diversão garantida e a proteção torna-a extremamente segura na presença de crianças, como no nosso caso. Mesmo com ocupação máxima de dormidas (16 pessoas) não se perde privacidade e conforto e daria para acomodar mais pessoas se necessário fosse. A mesa de refeições exterior e a zona de sofás foram os locais preferidos dos nossos convidados. A zona relvada é extensa e permite momentos de descontração bastante agradáveis, com um cenário único: a magnífica vista sobre a Serra da Arrábida. Sem dúvida, uma propriedade a visitar novamente e a recomendar aos nossos amigos.

The house is quite big and could even accommodate more persons. The kitchen is equipped very well and also the opportunity to have barbecue had been a pleasure for us. With the 3 TVs (living room, suite, attic) it was never a problem to watch the canal you like. The awesome view from the big veranda has to be mentioned especially.
